I had one a Fitbit Versa 2 for years. I’ve now purchased two of these for two of my daughters, and they LOVE them!

Initially, I loved this watch. I was given a Versa watch before this, but it fell apart; literally it came apart after a year and I’m not rough with watches at all. But, I really enjoyed it so I bought this one (Versa Lite) in August 2020. Sigh. It worked great. It was really doing a good job motivating me with my steps and fitness. Then a week ago, I made the fatal mistake of updating to the constantly suggested firmware. Before the update, my watch stayed charged at least 4 days, after the update it would need recharging every 12 hours. Then just a day ago it started only holding a charge for 2 hours or so. And now, today, my Fitbit just completely died. I’m really disappointed that after 5 months and $110, my Fitbit died. I can’t bring myself to purchase another one even though I really love it because after a quick Google search, the reduced battery charge after completing firmware updates seems to have been an ongoing issue since at least 2016. But in my case, all they did was convince a guaranteed lifetime customer to seek a different product, which is very disheartening considering how much I really loved their Versa brand.UPDATE: I called Fitbit, they troubleshot my watch, confirmed I was still under warranty and gave me a choice of 50% off an upgraded watch or send another replacement of my current watch for free. I like my current watch, so I opted for that. If your watch is giving you problems or dies and it’s been less than a year since you purchased it, call them and they will help you find the best solution. All of their watches in the U.S. have a one year warranty that they honor. Thank you Fitbit!

Bought this to replace my other Fit bit that would not keep the correct time and battery charge. So far, I have not had problems with this and have had many compliments on the color. Would buy again if needed.

I got the Versa when my Blaze died after 3 years. I don’t need a lot of bells and whistles – I just wanted something that was a watch as well as activity tracker and this model is perfect for that and very affordable. The battery life is also great compared to my Blaze. It’s new so it will probably decline as the tracker ages, but it’s great now. Finally, after about a month, the face went dark but I googled how to fix it and resetting the tracker was very easy and did not lose any data.

My Fitbit Versa Lite arrived in the mail yesterday and it was pretty much love at first sight. The color is great, the Versa Lite has all the functions that I need and works seamlessly with both the WW and MyFitness Pal apps as well as the Fitbit app.So far the Fitbit is doing a great job of tracking heart rate and sleep patterns. I even like the relax option which helps you calm down and measures your heart rate while doing so.The only fault I’ve found with the product so far is that it took AGES to set up. For some reason, I couldn’t get notifications on my phone to sync up with the band and found instructions to set this up to be minimal and confusing. However, after two hours of working away on it, I finally managed to get it to work!Provided that everything continues to work as it is now, I’m a happy camper!

Love the color. It was great for replacing my previous one that no longer worked.

It’s a good watch and it was the only one I could find that was purple

This is a good starter Fitbit. There are a few features that I wish it had such as the ability to use my credit card for purchases with it and text reply but I understand if you want those features you need to throw down some more coin. It does the job though for sleep tracking and step calculating. I purchased this specifically to sync with my Weight Watchers app and it does that very well. I do occasionally have to restart the Fitbit and sync it again inside the Fitbit app because it’s not syncing with the WW app or it’s not giving me my text notifications. Again, it’s a good starter Fitbit. Next time I need to upgrade I will certainly go with a model that has the other features I’m looking for but this one gets the job done.

Purchased from one of the “alternate” vendors claiming they were selling NEW units for less. That didn’t work out. Packaging looked like it had been opened before. Maybe this unit was returned for the same reason? Sad. I returned that unit and ordered a replacement at full price and am happy with the watch so far. I’ve only worn it for half a day, but it is responsive, setup went relatively well (I did have a small problem with pairing to my Samsung Galaxy S21, but after trying again, all seems well), and I really love the big bright display. I don’t imagine I will need most of the “smart” features, but it is nice they are there.

First of all I have been a valued Fitbit customer since 2014. I’ve always exercised so that wasn’t my for my purpose for getting one. I have anxiety and I learned that when my heart rate is high when I’m not doing my normal physical activity….it’s a sign that my anxiety is high. This is why I started wearing a Fitbit. I was also surprised to see a deep breathing aspect incorporated on my Fitbit. I find myself using that same technique without using the Fitbit. I went from the first model to the second and now this model. To my surprise this one is very lite on my wrist 😊 Thanks Fitbit for helping me manage my anxiety❤.
