I have already bought several models of soundcore earbuds, the P3, P3i and P40i now, for my personal use and for gifts, because of the soundcore equipment I have been very good ✌🏾😊, for the audio quality and battery life, I just bought this model, the Soundcore P40i. I can say that it has a much faster connection speed when you are going to use it. I am a Ground Technician. My job means I have to deal with a lot of noise and the P40i are excellent for their noise cancellation. I recommend them. faithfully, they did a great job.

First time earbud user. Took a chance on a new product from a known performer. So far, excellent decision. Build quality is excellent. Easy set up and connection. Music and media sound is outstanding. Callers hear me great. Incoming call volume seems low, but I will play with that. The case is solid and compact. Excellent product for the price range.

I’ve tried Liberty Air 2, Liberty VR P10, Liberty 4 NC, and Liberty 4 and these are actually my favorite of them all. They are like the Liberty 4 NC, but with more battery, a phone stand, better touch controls and fit better. The software has just as many features as Liberty 4 NC, if not more. I like that this one plays a different tone for each ambient mode when using touch controls to swap between them. The phone stand works really well, and I’ve never see one on other earbuds. Somehow how the case has 60h battery life, but is surprisingly light. Sound quality is just like Liberty 4 NC, but more bass potential. And the amount of EQ customization is crazy, you can tailor these buds to whatever sound you want. Literally, these are the newest and the best Soundcore earbuds out right and I bought these with my own money.

I almost always take a crack at any new Soundcore earbuds and headphones. For the most part they are great such as the Liberty 4 NC. These are definitely another in the line of great products at this point. For $60 it’s a steal, get it while it’s at this price point. The bass seems to hit a bit harder than the Liberty 4 NC but still sound clean. It has an immersive sound mode but I don’t see it as pronounced as this feature is on Bose but not a feature that means much to me. The built in phone stand is a I guess a nice plus although I don’t see myself using it. Earbuds fit comfortably, I use the XL size. I don’t think for this price point it can be best. Have not tested calls and I rarely use earbuds for calls but historically Soundcore has been good for calls. I’d say pick up a pair as soon as you can.

If you are looking for everything that the 4NCs have with 90% of the anc and no auto pause. Get these. These sound just as good, have a better battery life and an awesome case design. Best decision I’ve ever made by switching over.

Amazing sound quality, battery life, noise cancellation, and transparency mode. The case even has wireless charging and multipoint, which is also amazing.

I was able to quickly find the right eartip as I must have freakishly large canals and appreciate the XL size included in the easy carboard case (not some bag) that kept them labeled and organized. The setup software was amazing and I spent some time really testing the options for my hearing. The iPhone app part of these headphones to update firmware and set up settings is very valuable. This software is a critical part of the value of this headset. As long as Anker can provide products like these at this price point, I don’t think I’ll ever buy another pair of Airpod Pros.It angered me when the Airpods stopped working because their irreplaceable batteries failed. There is no workaround for that, but if Anker can keep delivering these at this price point, I won’t have anguish after wearing them out.

I compared these Soundcore P40i’s directly to my 2nd generation AirPod pro’s.Overall I’m very impressed with these earbuds, especially considering the price. The Soundcore charging case is a bit larger than that of the AirPods, especially the thickness of the case. The material feels decently high quality with a nice rubberized satin finish. Very smooth and easy to grip. The included usb-c charging cable is short, but should work fine for most people. The p40i’s earbud is very nice as well. It has a plastic finish similar to the AirPods. The shape is ergonomic. Different size silicone tips are included, so finding the right fit should work for most people. The p40i offer a better hold in my girlfriend’s ears than the AirPod pros no matter what size tip she tried on the AirPods. The touch control is simple in that each earbud has one touch point. With the left one controlling different functions than the right side and single or double tap again offering different functions. In this regard the controls of the AirPods are more intuitive and also offer more controls. But after some getting used to, the p40i’s controls work great as well.Active noise cancellation is also good, compared to the AirPods I would say it is about 70-80% as effective when no music is playing. When music is on, there’s barely any noticeable difference in noise cancellation until much louder outside sounds are introduced. Then the AirPods still have a slight advantage.Sound quality is also very good. I’m no audiophile, but playing the same song simultaneously with one AirPod Pro in my right ear and one Soundcore P40i in my left ear I could only hear the slightest difference. The AirPod sounded slightly sharper and the P40i had a bit more base. After listening for a couple of minutes the differences seemed to almost completely fade away. When listening to the different earbuds back to back it was even harder to tell a difference.I believe that if someone else would put these earbuds in my ear and I was blindfolded I would probably not be able to tell the difference, but again I’m no audiophile. The battery life has been good as well. Most of our listening sessions have been moderately short. Longest one probably about 2 hours. The earbuds did not indicate any low battery level. The charging case has been charging the buds reliably and is still on its original charge after 6 days of recharging the earbuds. I would assume a pretty similar battery life to the AirPods. The AirPod pros have a slight advantage on every aspect I tested. But they also cost about three times as much. So it really wasn’t a fair comparison. For the price point, I believe these Soundcore P40i earbuds offer a lot of bang for the buck.If you’re an Apple user and you have every Apple product in your home’s ecosystem, there are lots of additional advantages to the AirPods. A much better integration into all the different platforms creates a seamless transition when switching from one product to another. But if you’re concerned with your budget or you use different operating systems the advantages of the AirPods probably don’t justify the price premium.

Although the P40i’s overall design is not all that different from their previous ones, the color scheme is quite pleasing. I decided on the purple ones, and I am glad I did. The case’s matte finish fends off smudges and fingerprints quite nicely. The LED status light shines brightly, and I like the slit look of it. The buds fit well and securely in the case and takes for them to fall off. I like that the lid stays open when taking the buds out. The case also doubles as a phone stand, and I was surprised as to how well that works. The stem buds have a sleek combination of metallic and glossy finishes that make them look refined. When choosing the proper silicone tip size, the buds fit well for the most part. Although I do not normally listen for extended periods of time, I did experience some discomfort after a 4-hour plus session. I also noticed that when doing exercise and sweating I constantly messed with them to get a better feel and seal. This may simply apply to me as ear sizes and shapes vary.Featuring Bluetooth 5.3, the buds paired easily with all my devices -up to two at the same time with multi-point support. I did not experience any disconnects over long distances or throughout my small apartment. There were no noticeable sync issues or gameplay lag.The battery life is great. After using them for a few days, I have not charged the case once. Soundcore claims 60hrs and I tend to believe that. The case can be charged through USB-C or wirelessly. The call quality is quite decent. I had no issues and the calls were clear both ways, even in loud environments and with wind noise. The noise cancellation is acceptable -not the best. Again, choosing the right ear tips is key.The touch controls are responsive and can be optimized through the Soundcore app, which I highly recommend downloading. When it comes to sound, the P40i buds are simply extraordinary. Out of the box, the sound is rich and full. The bass hits hard without being bloated and gives that sub-woofer feel. The mids are present and distinct, and the treble soars without being harsh or fatiguing. Of course, this heavily depends on the seal, so one must choose tips wisely. No matter what I listened to, I found myself enjoying it. Just in case you need to tweak the sound signature, the companion app offers presets and an EQ.In the end, I think Soundcore continues to impress with their offerings. The P40i could have been just another set, but the case 2-1 design and battery life may just push them above all similarly priced buds out there.

I’ve had Apple Airpod Pros for close to 3 years and they just started acting up with only one working and the charge draining pretty quickly, so I knew I was going to have to shop around for what to replace them with (as I wasn’t going to spend a couple hundred dollars again). I am wholly impressed with these Soundcore headphones. I’ve used them non-stop for 5 days now, wearing them during my work day, and not once have I had the earbuds lose charge and need to be put back in the case to charge (meaning they lasted 8 hours in my ear), and I also haven’t had to charge the case yet. That is CRAZY! Anyone with Airpods will tell you that you have to pop them back in the case within a handful of hours to re-charge, and charge the case every other day if not every day. That alone makes these worth it. The sound quality is amazing, the call quality is also great (I was told that I sound much louder & clearer to others than I did when calling with my Airpods), and the app is very user friendly as well. I like to have them on transparency mode so that I can still hear the office around me in case I’m needed, but the base & quality of the sound is not lost in order to make it so I can still hear around me. They also fit in my ears super well, and they come with I believe a handful of other sizes (I haven’t played around with changing them yet) so I can see these working for a lot of different people. They connect to my iPhone very easily as well (only issue is that it isn’t automatically the method upon call answer, you have to click on the speaker button and choose these headphones every time–though I think I was spoiled with the Airpods and it’s only an apple to apple thing so no other headphone will do that. They are automatically chosen when calling out, however). They also snap back into their case with ease, like a magnetic pull. The case is a good size, and fits in your hand very well. It has a stand holder within the case, and while it holds your phone well in landscape mode, it’s not something I will use. Honestly…I am IMPRESSED.
