So disappointed as these cords are supposedly 240W and when my laptop is in sleep mode the indication is that the battery is charging but the moment I get on the internet, the indication is that I am plugged in but the battery is not charging. My other cords (only 100W) continue to charge when I am on the internet so I believe these cords I received have an issue. HOWEVER, the good news is that the customer service reached out to me when they were notified of the problem and offered to make things right. That is always a good sign when a company cares!

They are labeled 240W on one end. I have no way to verify those maximum speed/power claims.

Nice cables, exactly what I expected!I needed to update my charging cables, because I noticed that I was not taking advantage of my phones top charging speed. I would plug a cable into my phone and, it would light up saying “fast charging”, so I figured it was charging at maximum speed, but it was not. The top charging speed of the phone is “super fast charging”, which I can now reach with this cable. I also placed one in the vehicle to help with that as well.The cable is thick, with a braided outside shell and appears to be of very good quality. I would like to test it, but I will have to wait until I get my 8k television hooked up to see if it will accent to that 240W area.
