These BT headsets should be the industry standard if they aren’t already. Built well, durable and amazing voice clarity all lend to the headsets features like actual noise cancellation. We live near an airport and jets are constantly coming in (our side) for a landing. When outside talking on other headsets we have to wait to finish until the thing has passed over to continue speaking. With the 5200, we can keep speaking and they can barely tell a thing is happening around us. This isn’t our first Plantronics (now Poly) headset (office sets) but it shows this company has more than just an office setting in mind when they design something.

It’s so light, convenient to carry and enough power to last my entire shift. I bought this for my job as PS UC Engineer for a Cloud Based Telecommunications provider. Battery is only good for 4 hours, but you can charge on the case in between calls.

Works as was my old Plantronics 5200 that I bought 5 years ago. Shipment was prompt and everything included works as expected. Actually paid less then my previous one as this one came with charging box in the same price 👍

Co-workers can’t hear my background music, the other day the dogs barked right next to me, and they barely heard the first part of the bark.I had an in-ear Jabra before – took a little to get used to placing it over the ear.And the smart sensors aren’t all that smart with my glass frames – turning them off – as clearly recommended in the instructions – fixed that as well.Great product!

I work in the HVAC field and am in noisy areas all the time, this earpiece takes it all in stride and filters out the background noise with ease. The battery life is excellent, I can use it all day without worrying about it going dead. I have the accessory charging case which makes it last even longer when overtime is necessary. I tried lots of earpieces before finding this one, I’ll never go back.

I purchased for my business where we make high volume phone calls on our desk phone cellPhone and pc through out the day. I have used other expensive head sets but I would get complains about comfort, loose connections and still having my team use their AirPods for cellphone and pc calls. I needed something that can connect to all 3 devices, is wireless and has a smaller footprint. This is it! After using for a couple days the only negative feedback I received is that some times the voice control Does not respond accurately. For example you it will announce an incoming call and with voice control you can say ignore or answer the call. There have been times that we have said ignored and the call still gets answered. Might be a user issue but it’s happened a few times to different people. But that’s it! compared to other head sets the size and comfort it far better. Overall I love this product and for the features and price I will be buying 10 more

I liked the product and what came with the blue tooth as well. I think it was a good value for what I got where other poly voyager legends 5200 were more money either used or new and dint bring the nifty carrying case and charging cable.

I use this for work when we have conference calls, hooks up to my desktop very easy without effort with the included usb. Very clear voice on the other end. Great job reducing background noise, others can’t hear my parrot rambling in the background.
