I was looking to get a new cable for my used “New” 3DSxl and I knew some of the off brand ones which were around the same price had some hit or miss reviews on them. This is a genuine charger from Nintendo and it works just as intended. I was glad that I didn’t need to purchase straight from Nintendo and wait the long time for shipping and could get this in a few days. Highly recommend for anyone in need of a new charger for the “New” 3DS XL

Bought a New 3DS XL off ebay, the charger sent quickly stopped working. So I found this new in box official charger. Works Great.

Yup. Says Nintendo on it. Charges our 3DS consoles. Looks official and was brand new in the box. If it’s real that’s pretty cool. The knock off ones break extremely easy. Worth the price.

But it shouldn’t unless you do it wrong. This charger charges.

I thought my 3DS was bricked for a minute before I realized the problem could be the charging box itself! So happy 😀 and the cord is much longer than my last one!

My kids decided to yeet out old 3DS charger somewhere, so I needed a new one. I don’t trust off brand stuff with charging so I wanted a factory Nintendo-brand replacement, and this was perfect. Now we can keep playing on our 3DS until the kids try sticking the charger up the dog’s butt or something.

5 stars for now unless it just stops working on me later down the road. It arrived quickly and Un damaged .My one flaw is that it doesn’t stay in well enough and fits loosely so it’s prone to fall out if your trying to strech the cord out you know charge and play at the same time . My last one didn’t have this problem I don’t think my port is damaged so I assume it’s the cord but im not exactly for sure though that’s just my opinion so I suggest you read the other reviews and see if they mention the same thing or not .Now for some advice to save you from possible headaches- I bought this because the cord i got with my 3ds just stopped working on me while I had it charging . I have some speculations but I’m not exactly sure of the cause I would suggest tie your cords up loosely so you don’t damage it and just consider it more when you charge . where you charge it . like if the outlet may have surge problems or if you should use a surge protector power strip . I was charging it at work and it didn’t occur to me this could be a problem and I used one of their outlets and now that I think of it I lost a cell phone at work also while I had it charging. it just started shutting down and I had to replace it . As soon as I would restart it , it would just shut down I’m just sharing this so that it might help you from the same issue . It’s not fun having to replace things or waste money.
