For a low budget camera it has a decent picture. One of the things I like most about it is is it has a wider angle meaning you can see more in the picture much better than the ones I had originally. Nice little camera for the price I recommend them

Let 5 stars so this can be seen. The camera have good video quality but the app to view them on is slow and doesn’t work properly. What’s most frustrating is the customer service. This is no one to talk to; everything is via email. I sent in questions almost 3 weeks ago and still haven’t received a response.

Bought this to replace an old NightOwl system and was able to use the existing Ethernet cables, which made install a lot easier. Had an issue with the hard drive but after some back and forth with customer service they sent me a replacement DVR and helped me get it set up. I had actually forgotten about the issue for about 3 weeks and the rep reached out again asking if it had been resolved or needed further help. It was really nice that my struggle wasn’t pushed on the back burner when I stopped pestering them.In the end the camera detail is great and it’s brought a real sense of safety to our home and business. Thank you!

I wanted to add more cameras to my DVR at home, and wanted to try a couple different styles of cameras, the facia on my house is real hardwood and the hardest party of hanging this camera was fighting the wood to pre-drill holes for the screws, picture quality is great and I was super impressed with the water tight housing. Total install time was maybe 10 minutes and 5 of that was fighting the hardwood facia board. Zosi, you guys are awesome!

I love my zosi cameras! I had an issue where 4 of my ports went out on the DVR, 8 months after purchasing & install. Bessie at zosi took great care of me & sent me a new DVR. I returned the old one & she sent a newer model to me.Only drawback is i had to communicate by email but it was worth it.
