I was quite surprised at how much i liked this DVR. This is my 3rd DVR and the first from Annke. The setup was easy as usual. installing the HDD was easier then others. They have the slide in screw spots so you didn’t have to purfectly line up the holes blindly. The android app was very well put together and impressive, but the windows desktop app was amazing. So much control from my office without having to go to my network closet on the other side of the house. I can do everything, pulling video was easy as my last one was horrible trying to get video on a specific date. Very much recommended.

I had to replace my cctv dvr. I ordered a dvr from another brand. Their first one came rattling. Sent it back for replacement. Replacement didn’t work either. So I tried Annke. I installed a 4 gig Hard drive. Very easy to set up. And works as it should. Thanks

I had to replace my box because my house was struck my lightening. I tried cheaper with more channels NONE worked at all. Bought Annke again and they worked. Just plugged everything back in and poof back to normal. Annke is the way to go. I will add I do have Annke cameras. WIRED.Worth the money 100%

I purchased several ANNKE DVRs, with and without hard disk installed. Question about how to monitor remotely on one screen several DVRs at different locations was promptly and accurately answered. I had difficulty getting the appropriate power supply cables for DVRs purchased without a hard disk and they mailed them free. Good products with good support. (December 2019).Update on April 1, 2020: I had difficulties with a new DVR. Support continues to be prompt and accurate. A replacement unit is being sent to me.Update on May 13, 2021: I had some configuration difficulties with a DVR to which cameras were added. Technical support was fast and courteous.

I bought this to replace an 8ch model from the same manufacturer. It was very simple to unplug the cameras from the old system and into the new one. My videos are sharper than they were before. Installing a new hard drive was very simple. Annke tech support has always been helpful I emailed them with a question about how to add ip cameras. They responded with 24 hours with step by step instructions with screen shots and a link to where I can find the recommended ip cameras on Amazon.

Very professional setup. The software is linux based which has so many features anf options. The playback function absolutely blows zosi out of the water! It is really efficient and easy to go back and find a certain event. Way better than zosi where its so cheaply coded it makes it nearly impossible to look back on footage. I bought this dvr to replace my zosi dvr because i was so annoyed by the inefficiency that zosi has.
