Ink Technology

The PG-245XL and CL-246XL inks feature the latest technology from Canon. The cartridges have built-in FINE (Full-Photolithography Inkjet Nozzle Engineering) print heads which have over 6,000 tiny nozzles that are responsible for placing millions of ink droplets exactly where they are supposed to go. This results in images that are crisp, clean, and vibrant as well as documents with sharp text. Even the included photo paper is advanced with a color reproduction layer that fixes dye closer to the surface ensuring brighter and more beautiful colors.
