Purchased these not being really sure based on the mixed reviews that we were seeing from different on line sites. However, they were in stock and ready for delivery so I tried them.These have been one of the BEST purchases that we have made for our new patio that we are setting up. Fantastic sound quality from mids, highs and bass. We listen to all styles of music and no one in the family has been disappointed from the sound quality.We also get a great distance from the Bluetooth, it is better then they advertise. However I know that is based on your environment and devices that you are connecting with Bluetooth. We will not complain because it gets us all over our back yard with no issues and we have a very large backyard with woods.The one thing that we do not like about the system was not having a power option to turn on and off with them mounted so high up and not able to reach the power switch on the back of the main unit without a ladder. So to correct this we purchased a Smart plug and connected it to the power line and Wi-Fi in the attic and added it into the rest of the smart devices that we have in our home and through our devices or voice we can turn the power on and off.Installation was very simple and easy. Have a power source in the attic space for main unit. Run the companion speaker wire over and connect on both ends. Turn power on and connect device(s) via Bluetooth. The model that we have also has an 1/8″ (3.5mm) connection for a direct audio source giving a better sound then Bluetooth. We tried it but do not like wires being visible so left this feature disconnected and using Bluetooth for sole source of audio.Connection from devices? We have had NO issues connecting any device that we have tried to connect. Laptops (PC/Mac), Desktop from our kitchen (PC), Samsung devices, Chrome devices or iPhones. Every device we have tried to connect connects right up and no issues!Build quality is very good!Weather resistant? They say they are Marine grade, water proof construction and rustproof speaker grills. Water gets to stuff so I have mounted them in an area so they will not have direct weather/water contact. So we will see over time.Would we buy these again? Definitely, we will be getting some for a family member’s pool house this year!Photo – We will post a photo once our patio is completed

I have used PYLE products in the past with good success. These outdoor speakers did not let me down. Super easy to install and set-up with my phone and home sound system. The bass response may not be as great as I’ve experienced from PYLE in the past because these speakers are outside on the patio. They still sound very good for outdoor speakers. I’d rate them a very good value.

Had these delivered to the house the other day. I must say they have a really good sound for what they are, they’re not Bose speakers or anything like that don’t get me wrong, they don’t have a deep bass but they have a decent bass. good sound cranks up pretty loud, mounted them on my front porch under the easement as in other reviews speaker wire that comes with it is cheap and crappy threw it in the garbage bought some heavy duty 16 gauge speaker wire wired it up so far sounds great if anything changes will update review at a later date do I recommend buying these? absolutely I do! I don’t think you’ll be disappointed.

I purchased these speakers for my covered front porch. They were very easy to install. I can connect to them with my phone or with my Amazon Alexa. There is also a line in port for other connection options. They also look great. I highly recommend these speakers.

Installed on warming house that is used for skating by the pond. Bought and echo dot and linked them together. Now anyone – include my young kids flip one switch to power everything up and they play what music they like while skating and playing hockey on our pond.Thumbs UP!

I purchased these on July 23, 2021, but am only leaving a review now on August 10, 2022. I’ve had them for just over a year. The speakers have been fantastic and in my opinion sound great. We installed these on 4×4 posts cut very low to the ground (bottom of the speaker sits about 4″ or 5″ off the ground), mounted low and a few feet from the edge of our pool. They are at ear level when inside the pool.Unfortunately, the Bluetooth functionality began to fail about three weeks ago and finally failed completely this past weekend. I had registered for the 3-month extended warranty after purchasing the speakers, but I never received a confirmation and I never bothered to follow up (my mistake). I’ve reached out to Pyle through their website. Waiting on a response. Will revise my rating appropriately based on how responsive they are and whether they resolve the issue.I paid for them with my Chase Amazon Prime Visa, so if Pyle does not come through, my Amazon Prime Visa automatically extends the warranty coverage for an additional year. Just a lengthier warranty process I’d rather avoid if Pyle can come through for me. Either way, I’ll get this fixed and will definitely purchase another pair.By the way, we liked these so much, that we bought a second pair for our outdoor fireplace. Those get much less use, but are still working well.Highly recommended despite the failure I experienced. Hopefully it is a one-off. I have not read others’ reviews, so I don’t know if this is a common occurrence or not.

It takes 3-minutes to unbox and make all necessary connections, maybe another minute to pair with device via Bluetooth and start listening to music. I know this because I just did it in my living room to make sure everything worked and I liked it before installing outdoors on patio, which will take another 30-mins. NOTE: Bluetooth is a feature but it’s use isn’t required. If you want to use a wired connection for a TV, or whatever, that’s fine.They sound great and respond well to the sound output preferences settings on my Android phone and wife’s iPhone.My beef? The white cabinet speakers come with a too short, black power cord with a hardwired black transformer. Was it too much to expect white speakers to come with white accessories? Apparently, yes. Still, I’m happy with this purchase.

Very pleased with this addition to our outdoor living space!I was initially hesitant when seeing the number of negative reviews but notice the most relevant negative review listed many positive aspects to the product. We have had no issue thus far but will share any unexpected issues. I would recommend those experiencing issues contact [email protected] or calling their support line support (888) 318-7953. Seams a logical first step in my opinion. I just registered this product and received both via welcome email. I found the create account login at pyleaudio.com.Initially ordered from a different e-tailer that listed delivery within days of July 4th. When I noticed the exact same product available via Anazon.com with Prime two-day shipping, the product was SOLD, American Economic Progress. The initially engaged e-tailer gracefully accepted their inability fulfill the product in the time frame suiting my needs but offered their assistance on future needs should they arise.Considering our outdoor environment and coastal humidity, I further protected the marine grade material for additional waterproofing paint and color matching. Because our gazebo has dark brown posts, I coated both mounting brackets with black metallic as the base coat and Oil Rubbed Bronze for the finishing coat. Perfect match for our application. I used 14-gauge speaker wire instead of the provided 18-22 gauge wire. Overall run is approximately 13’. The next step in this application will be to cover the speaker/power area on the power area on the active area and the speaker connection area on the passive speaker with watertight seals.The stereo quality we experience is such a pleasure! The booming volume, crisp sound and bass are extremely impressive, so much so that we cannot use a device at full volume because it is too loud! When I saw the volume issue comments, I wondered if they were device specific and further believe that to be the case now. We are so looking forward to Football season listening to the live broadcasts from the TV via connection to the soundbar this fall. With the binds open and the speakers connected to the broadcast via Bluetooth, we will have created our own private sports bar with cheaper beer and what every you want to eat made on you grill or smoke in your own pit. How does Smoked Beef Ribs and Smoked Jalapeno Pork links sound as a meat bass to pair with Creamed Corn or whole corn husk corn on the cob grilled to perfection on the gas grill attached to your pit? That’s Tail-gaiting Texan Style! Without the traffic!Look for an update to include pictures this fall.
