I had a bad attitude toward universal remotes, but this was super easy to program and it works perfectly! A great replacement for my broken remote (blame the cat.)

The media could not be loaded. I have four different remotes on my bed right now and in the spring and summer it will be 5:00. I don’t know how it happened but my original Vizio remote got waterlogged and none of the other ones did. That said, of course it didn’t work anymore. I use it to go to sleep so I wanted the timer and the ability to adjust the volume because I wear hearing aids, but I need the background noise when I go to sleep and I need to at least understand what they’re saying. Anyhow back to the review I got this overnight. It arrived the next morning brought it in the house stuck two AAA batteries in it and it worked immediately no programming no anything! That’s a bonus for me because I’m not a handy woman! It works perfect just like my old one it’s set up a little different but I’ll get used to it. So grateful

The remote came in nice packaging protecting it. It was clearly a new remote with the protective plastic seal on it. The remote did not have to be programmed or anything. Simply add the batteries and viola it worked. Great replacement remote at a great price for a Vizio tv. I would recommend it.

I love this control. The control that came with the TV was bad. You had to press each button 5 times to get it to do anything. But this one is awesome. Everything works the moment you press it. And it’s very light weight.

When I got this, I was worried that it wouldn’t work on my TV because it’s a much older model and the controller had options for smart tvs. I’m happy to say that it works for your TV even if it isn’t a smart TV, this makes it a lifesaver since the power button on the side of my TV stopped working a few weeks ago.

I have reordered this same model 4 times over the years because of the price. I’m hard on remotes…..dropping, moisture, and a click happy channel surfer. If you’ve ever removed a remote cover and observed the amount of dust and skin cell debris collected down there…you’d opt to change out your remote often too.
