These quadruple receptacle cords allow us to use our small uninterruptible power supply to keep our wifi, phone and network equipment running without a two additional power strips. It seems that everything these days has a wall wart of a different size or orientation, which prevents full utilization of surge suppressors or UPS units. Purchased in a 2-pack in February 2019 for $15 including shipping, the value is unbeatable.I would not use these cords for appliances, portable heaters or heavy current-draw application. They are just right for low current devices such as LED lights, electronics with “wall wart” power supplies, and perhaps a couple of computers. The electrical prongs are not copper but rather a chrome (or silver colored metal) plated metal, but the receptacles appear to have copper contacts within. Plug and receptacle dimensions are very precise and solid. The molded outer case has strain relief rings cast into the unit. The plastic of these splitters is somewhat stiff. It would not be a surprise to see them split if flexed many times, especially in a very cold climate. In my case, the cords will hang or lay in place for a long time without movement, so they should be just fine.Excellent value for price paid, and very useful for our current wall-wart world. I’m happy that I ordered four of these to battle the rise of the wall warts. They will probably last until we no longer need wired power supplies.

They have a solid feel for first time usage. Have outside Christmas lights connected where extension cords come from different outside locations. They have worked great do far.

My home theater UPS was running out of power outlets. Most of the devices are low power devices with odd shaped adapters. Was able to use a 16AWG extension cord I had lying around with this power splitter to connect it all. Power splitter seems well made and is also 16AWG so it’s perfect for my application.

These plugs are awesome and I use them for my Christmas decoration. These are a much safer than a 3 or 4 way splitter. They produce a much tighter fit helping to prevent water infiltration. I have used them for years and they work great.

I used these to run a soundboard and microphones for a school musical. There were a dozen or so separate small low-voltage transformers that could all be plugged in at the same time. They never would have fit into a standard power strip. The hydra-head design works absolutely perfectly to take strain off of the transformer plugs – because now they can just rest on a desk or floor or whatever, and also allows a bunch of them to plug in at the same time. Perfecto.

I am very impressed with the quality. The 1.5 feet cord length is perfect for my setup, and the splitter design allows me to use multiple electronic devices from a single outlet. The compact size makes these suitable for use in a variety of uses and an exceptional value for the price. Overall, I would highly recommend this product to anyone in need of a power splitter solution.

Very well made and obviously a quality product. Nothing like an extension cord with multiple outlets. This is the real deal.

would be nice if ungrounded were available, for wall adapters.

Filling up stockings for XMas for the family. These are a much preferred solution to a power strip.

Great if you want heavy cord for high watt items also used for those stupid transformer Alexa and other items use the take up an entire wall outlet or cable box. I can’t wait until they redesign items like that. I needed the heavy cord on one outlet because my printer draws 1400 watts to fire up. Vacuums, irons, and microwaves are other examples where you want a heavy cord
