I’ve had these buds now for about 5-6 months. I love them! I’ve used other Samsung buds like the pro series and such, and those are great too. However, the pro buds and other knock off brands always ended up annoying my ears physically. They often would come loose or require me to almost constantly adjust them in my ear. These buds however are completely different for me.First off, I do want to say that I don’t really use these for calls. That being said, I have made use of them for a few conversations and overall they worked well enough for me. Clear audio in ear and the people I talked to seemed to not have issues hearing me.I use them primarily for music or media audio and often in a loud environment (machinery, automaton noise). The sound these buds produce is deep and great. Iwas very surpass at the sound quality. The noise cancelation is good but they aren’t meant to silence the outside world. So if that is something you’re looking for, these aren’t the best in that aspect. However, they work great to make sure the audio you want hear is clear and easy to understand above wherever/whatever you will be using them around. They can only noise cancel if you use both at the same time. Using noise cancelation will deplete battery quicker too, just fyi. Most importantly, these buds are comfortable. I can wear one or both for 8-10hrs straight and my ears will be totally fine. Nothing from the buds inserts or presses into your canal or skin, they simply rest inside your ear. Even after wearing them for hours, they haven’t accidentally fallen out yet! I don’t have any mods or skins for mine, but they exist. The buds do come with a couple size bits you can swap out for optimal comfort. The battery life of the buds is good, they can actively operate for just about 8hrs straight from 100% charge. I typically use one bud at a time and it will last all day. The case holds multiple charges for the buds from 5% back to 100% and it charges them quite fast. The case takes the most time to recharge maybe about an hour and a half or more from 0%, but that’s not too bad (using a 30w anker). The case charges one bud from 5 or less percent to 100% in under an hour, maybe even 30min.Feature wise, the pro line offers more, but those are typically double the price of these and again I feel they are less comfortable than these. I don’t use the touch features, but they are all there and work well. It’s a personal preference, I just don’t like the touch features on any buds in general. These buds are also easy to clean. If you’re looking for comfort I would highly recommend these. The sound they offer is great, and overall for price and features it’s a good deal!

Alright.. This review had to be cut to multiple sections because so much can be said about them. Biggest take-away: Point (3)!(1) When I initially put on these buds, the sound was wayyy low. On Day 2, I swapped the ear tips and all the sounds are SO much louder, mainly because the fit is so extremely important when wearing these buds! Just a tiny bit off and the sound is completely gone.(2) The battery life is just an absolute beast.. Getting at the minimum 5 hrs but I never passed 3 hrs simply because I have arrived to my destination by then. I only have had the earbuds for a day, so this review will get updated whenever I do get more use in.(3) Bass: At initial use, the bass was basically not even present especially since these are open set earbuds. PLEASE DO THIS TO GET MORE BASS!!! I have no idea why this worked so magically because I was simply playing around with the Galaxy Wearable App (remember to also download the Galaxy Bud Live plugin when the app asks). When you enter the wearable app, go to Labs. When in Labs TURN ON Relieve Pressure with Ambient Sound. THIS LITERALLY WENT FROM 20% BASS TO 90% BASS IDK WHY BUT DO IT IF YOU WANT BASS!!!(4) Overall Sound Quality: This is hard to judge, but as for my gaming PC, I purposely have an open-ear headset so that it widens my soundstage and the sound simply is better in my personal opinion. When I got these earbuds, it was sort of like having speakers blasting at me in but without everyone else hearing it. In other word, unlike most of the earbuds I’ve used that has a passive seal for noise cancelling, these allow for very good spatial awareness. You can also tell how loud you are speaking to a person because you don’t have as tight of a seal from these earbuds.(5) Active Noise-Cancelling: Everyone is saying these earbuds don’t have good Active Noise-Cancelling and they are sort of true, as long as you know how to use it. After figuring out the trick in Point (3) of this review, I started to notice that the Active Noise-Cancelling started to work wonders. The increased bass helped to drown out some of the higher notes. I still hear them of course, but a whole lot less when that Ambient Sound option is turned on. (This option just single handedly made my experience with these 10x better than I had initially anticipated!!)(6) Comfort: Very subjective, but at first these were not that comfortable with the smaller eartip that came with the earbuds. After changing them to the larger and circular ones, these went from uncomfortable to “I can wear these to sleep and not be painful tomorrow morning”. I literally walked to work and forgot I was still wearing them until someone told me 1/2 an hr later why I was still wearing them **embarrassed** but you get the idea!Note: These are my first pair of expensive earbuds as the others were all $20-$50 sets. My overall experience with these earbuds went from “okay, but low-end earbuds could do the same thing” to “I see why I paid the price and I don’t regret whatsoever”. Buy these and look no further if you’re okay with having spatial awareness when outside!! I wanted these specifically so that I can still hear what’s going on around me without having to take out 1 or both of my earbuds for safety reasons.

I was looking for a pair of earbuds that were comfortable and had good battery life and these fit the bill perfectly. I was hesitant to pay so much for any earbuds but picky as I am, I decided to splurge hoping that these would fit the bill. The Galaxy Buds Live do not disappoint. I also own Sony Linkbuds and I prefer the Galaxy Buds by a large margin.Fit:I have small ears and even the smallest silicone pieces cause me pain. I bought these earbuds because they have no nub to shove in your ear canal. The bean shape fits in my ears really well and stay put without causing pain or pressure or needing to adjust frequently. I use them while I work so I cannot speak for how well they would stay in during activity.Battery life:I only wear one at a time so I can use them all day and switch between buds when one runs low. I can easily get a full workday of wear out of each bud. The case stays charged for a very long time.App support:The galaxy wearable app makes pairing these a breeze and it has a lot of settings to adjust as you please. You can see the battery life of each bud and the case. I also use the app with my Galaxy watch and I have had no problems with either.Quality & look:I love the bean shape and the metallic black is very sleek looking. The case is quite small and slippery so I recommend a cover. Overall they look and feel high quality.Sound quality:I don’t use the noise cancelling feature as I only wear one at a time for the most part so I cannot speak to that. I am no audiophile but I think that the sound quality is very good. The app has equalizer settings to further adjust the sound.

I have been an Apple Airpod user for a few years now and I have been dying to upgrade, but until now there really just wasn’t a good alternative. What I loved about Airpods was that they fit my ears perfectly, I know that really varies for everyone but for me they were really just the best fitting earbuds I could find. I really wanted something from an Android device manufacturer, but at the time there wasn’t anything comparable. I have to admit though that even though I was missing out on a lot of the extra features, as simple bluetooth headphones they just worked really well.Fast forward a few years I have been really wanting to get a new pair of headphones, the Airpods are seriously showing their age and the batteries are slowly dying. The problem I was having was that up until now all of the nicer but reasonably priced headphones use those little silicone tips and I can’t stand them. They make my ears feel clogged up and itchy. My wife got some of the original Galaxy Buds and I gave them a try. Ultimately they were really nice but I just can’t deal with those tips. That’s why when I first saw the leaks of these a few months ago I just knew I had to have them. I have been following them and just waiting for them to come out…. and now they’re here.My initial thoughts are that they sound so much better than the Airpods and fit my ears even better. I love the fact that the whole thing is very small and there’s nothing dangling out of your ears. I haven’t played with the assistant or noise cancelling yet, I mainly just care about using them as normal headphones, but I will definitely update this after I have had some more time with them.So far the only drawback to me is that the case is noticeably bulkier than the Airpods case. I really wish they would have at least stuck with the Original galaxy buds style of case, which was thicker too but also longer and narrower, but It’s not a deal breaker or anything. If anything having USB C and wireless charging more than make up for the increased size. And yes I know that the newer Airpods have wireless charging… but I have the really old ones.Overall I am very happy with these so far and I can’t wait to put them through their paces.——- Two week update——So far still happy with the new buds and 99% of the time they have worked flawlessly. However there do seem to be some odd quirks that pop up occasionally. One time when using them one of the ear buds somehow went out of sync with the other one by like a half a second. So I would hear something in one ear then hear just a littler later in the other one. The effect was like having a constant echo in my head. But disconnecting and reconnecting the buds fixed the issue and that was the only time so far that has happened. Also, the bluetooth seems a little on the weak side. For example when I have my phone in my left pocket and my right ear bud in, the signal drops out like crazy. However if I switch buds or move my phone to the other pocket the issue goes away. So again not a big deal but it just something I never had an issue with when using Airpods.Overall I am still happy with them and other than these little quirks they have been fantastic. I would still highly recommend them but just be aware they’re not perfect.

So I have been on the search for a pair of earbuds that meet certain criteria.1. Must be comfortable for up to 6 hours.2. Must sound good.3. Must bring some level of noise cancellation.I use an iPhone 11. I bought the following buds:1. Apple AirPods Pro2. Samsung BudsLive3. Master and Dynamic MW07 Plus4. Sony WF-10000XM3After spending time with all four, with my iPhone, the first to get the cut?The Apple AirPods Pro. I did not like these at all. They would, no matter what tip I used, create any kind of seal. This meant they fit horribly, sounded tinny, and had no effect with ANC. This is only due to the fact that they do not fit my ear. I even purchased several 3rd party tips, none changed these. The design, for me, fails. Again, that’s my ears. I have large ears, and always need the largest tip with any earbuds to get good sound. The AirPod Pro’s were my least fave.Next up were the much raved about Sony WF-10000XM3 which I thought sounded so much better than the Apple’s and I even preferred the design, though they seem a tad large. Big sound, a great seal and the best ANC of these four sets. The negative with the Sony is the size and design. They look like an old school bluetooth earpiece. But value wise, these are home runs. I used the largest eartip and the sound was big, bold and deep. The ANC was very good though not even close to the over the ear Sony’s. But, after 2 hours they started to hurt my ears.Next, the Master and Dynamic MW07PLUS. These are amazing in design and style. They are the best made as well, but they are not comfy for any long period of time. These are the largest and heaviest buds of the ones I have tried, and while they fit better than the Apple pros’s, and sounded much better, the noice canceling does nothing, and there is no kind of real transparency mode as the one included doesn’t work well. For sound, these best all of th buds I am testing out. Beautiful sound, and amazing battery life. Best of the lot. But when it comes to comfort, these are hard to wear for long. I ordered new eartips to see if I can get an even better fit as I always have to fiddle with them after a few minutes to reseal. The Samsung Galaxy Buds Live. I was attracted to the bean style, and bought a pair in black. These are the smallest of them all, and the case is as well. I read reviews saying they sound tinny, or there is no noice cancelation. The opposite is true for me. I think these are meant for larger ears like mine as these are the only buds to fit in my ear like a velvet glove. They paired easily to my iPhone and the sound blew me away. They were second best in sound, beating the Sony and Apple’s but falling short of the M&D. These have the loudest volume of all as well, which means I can listen at 40% rather than 90% (with the M&D as they do not go very loud). These present a warm leaning sound with fantastic deep bass. Not the most definition or detail but they sound pleasing. The ANC works, and is noticeable. It’s not hard to hear. The reason why others do not hear a difference is they are not fitting in the ear right. My wife, she can not use these as they are too large to fit in the ear. So for some, these will not fit and hence you will have weak sound, lack of bass and notice no ANC. When these are in, and music is at 30% I hear NOTHING from the outside world. When music is off, sounds from fans, AC or things of that nature are dropped nearly in half. The app is easy and intuitive and works great on my iPhone. The best thing is, these fit in the ear and never move, I never need to adjust, and they look cool, sound great and offer nice sound cancelation.I am keeping the beans. The BudsLive are my pick from the four I tested out. For my ears. For comfort these are the best for me. For sound. these are the second best for me. For price, they are the least expensive yet they look the nicest in the ear.The MW07 Plus are my next faves for the gorgeous audiophile like sound quality but they lack in volume and bass so many will not prefer this sound. The Sony’s feel dated by comparison with all of these, and my guess is Sony is working on the M4’s which I feel will be smaller and of course, improved. For me, I love the little beans. I much prefer them to the AirPods Pro which were. my least fave of the bunch.

I unboxed these recently so I will have to update if necessary. This review will speak to the sound quality, the touch control, the comfort, the app, and the reports I have heard of the sound quality during phone calls. I will not speak to the noise cancellation because I have no work these in a loud environment where I can gage the noise cancellation’s impact. The sound quality- I have bought three different earbuds because I have been so disappointed with the sound quality. These are the first pair that I was blown away by the amount of bass it was able to produce! The touch control- I find that the touch control is a little lacking in comparison to other earbuds, but it has the necessary controls that I use on a daily basis. It does let you customize in the app so that’s nice.Comfort- These are by far the most comfortable pair I have worn. Other earbuds with the rubbery ear tips irritate my ear. These do not have those rubbery tips and I have had them in for a while without pain.App- The app is nothing special, but it does the job. I like that it has a find my feature because I am likely to pull out an earbud and forgot where I put it.Phone call- These are the first pair of earbuds where everyone has informed me they can hear me loud and clear and there is also no issues hearing them. This is a huge surprise because formally I would have to take out an earbud and hold my phone to my ear to talk.Overall- this is a good use of your money. The only issue is these may ruin your ability to wear any other type of earbud. Hope this helps!

Let me start by saying I don’t know how they made these earbuds, but my God are they durable!!! My husband left one if his ear buds in his pocket and threw his pants in the laundry. While I was changing out clothes from the washer to the dryer, I found the ear bud at the bottom of the washer. (The thing went through a whole hour wash cycle) I immediately took the ear buds and put it in a bag of rice for 24 hrs. Worked like new! Now here comes the crazy part…… Husband (AGAIN) but this time left the whole case with ear buds and all in his robe, once again threw it in the laundry. While taking the towels and robe out of the washer, the case was at the bottom. THIS WHOLE THING WENT THROUGH A 1 HR HOT WATER CYCLE!! Took the case, shook out the water, (because there was water in the case) took the buds out and threw all of it in a bag of rice for 2 days. 2 days later came the moment of truth….. plugged the case in to charge, and to my surprise the light lit up indicating charging. After charging, you guessed it……. THEY WORKED! Best, most durable ear buds EVER!!! If you are looking for earbuds, Don’t look any further! DON’T WALK, RUUUUUN TO GET THESE!

After trying so many earbuds, these are the only pair of earbuds that I have found that I can comfortably sleep sideways in, as I like to listen to relaxing sounds and dose off to sleep. Of course your experience may vary as we all have different ear shapes, but might be worth giving it a try. It’s similar to the original Apple Airpods in that you can hear your surroundings still even with these in your ears. I don’t really use the active noise canceling, but it worked decently when I gave it a try, but I do not recommend to have it on while side sleeping as it makes so much noise from rubbing on the pillow.
