These JLAB ANC earbud are fantastic so far. I’ve had them for about 6 months now and as my first pair of wireless earbuds and my first set of Active Noise Cancellation of any sort they are fantastic. I’ve wanted an active noise cancellation headset or earbuds for quite a while and finally jumped into the pool. There are dozens of options that provide a wide range of price points and consumer ratings. I read a lot of reviews and settled on these from JLAB and I am glad I did.I get very reasonable noise cancellation. They won’t completely block out a lawn mower or a crying baby on an airplane but will make those sounds tolerable. When I cut the grass, I wear the earbuds and a cheap pair of over the ear sound protectors and get great results. I have tested the $200+ noise cancelling headsets but only in the store and I think these perform very nearly as well for an affordable price. As they are my first earbuds of any kind, I can only say that they stay put. The memory foam tips come in 3 sizes and are comfortable. I can’t say if they are heavy or light. I can tell that I am wearing them for sure but they do not grow bothersome or painful after several hours of continuous use. I’ve gone 4 or 5 hours with them in and found no discomfort. That leads to battery life. Advertised as 10 hour capacity, I can’t see ever wearing them that long at a stretch. My longest session was about 7 hours. I think I have heard the “low battery” alert just one time. Between uses, I pop the earbuds back into the carrying case (included with the earbuds) and that tops up the earbud charge. So, it is difficult to say just how long a single charge will last. I carry the case in my jeans pocket or a day pack to use the earbuds several times a day totaling maybe 3 or 4 hours per day. The LED lights on the case let you know charge lever remaining and I pop them into a USB port on a laptop or wall when I see the LED dots drop a light or two. That isn’t test to failure kind of report but is what I get with my normal use.My only regret is that I didn’t look to see if they are offered in colors other than black. I have left them laying on a counter or bedside table and the dark color can make them difficult to find. But then they aren’t white or some other stand-out color when I am wearing them. I guess it is a fair tradeoff and I will take the look when I am wearing them.I don’t recall just what I paid for the earbuds here on Amazon.com but I think it was in the $50 neighborhood. I am very pleased with the performance, durability and functionality for that price point. I could afford the higher price for the big-name earbuds but can’t see why I need to. They certainly offer style points if that is your goal. I prefer very good sound quality, battery life, water resistance and the rest while keeping an extra $100 in my pocket. That fits nicely alongside the JLAB charging case that comes with the earbuds.

About the edit…I edited this for a little finicky thing that I disliked about them. However these are the best earbuds I’ve ever had The battery life is absolutely freaking amazing, and they sound wonderful! I like the brand so much I even bought one of their Bluetooth speakers! LolEDIT (after bout 1.4 months of use):there’s only two complaints that I have about this amazing earbuds. Number one is in my picture you’ll notice that the j buds earbuds have a notch in the top of them. Now if you buy the regular j buds not the icons, the things that go around the ear bud that you get have a notch in them as well so that notch meets with the other notch and it doesn’t move around. Well on the icons it has the notch but the things that surround it do not so they slip all over the freaking place sometimes if you don’t fix it before you put it in the case so they won’t charge and all that kind of crap.I mean it’s a little thing to deal with but I’m being picky here and I want my thing to be perfect! Lolokay now number two I’m finding that if I only use the right earbud the button does not work I have to have the left one out as well in order for the button to work. I may try to reset them and see what happens but… Yeah…Oh man what to say about these… Well, if you’re like me… Then you have already had a pair of JBuds, maybe a pair of Go Airs too. The Jbuds had sooo many good things, but the KBuds depended on the right ear bud to function. The Go Airs solved that problem by allowing each earbud to connect individually! So after that I was like, “Dang’ I wish that JLabs would just combine the 2 into 1, it’d be serious quality.Well guess what? These Icon AirJBuds ARE the combination of the 2!Edit: almostforgot to mention the “covers” for the edges of the earbud. Before they only came in 1 size which seemed to be fine for most people. People with a rubberlatex allergy may find them causing a rash irritation or evenpain! WellJLan thought about that and shrink them! So with the Icons you get 2 pairs of those covers. The regular ones, and nowa much sllimmer even smaller cover that will not put so much pressure on your ear. So it will still lock it in but with much much less discomfort! The Icons have almost triple the playtime of the regular JBuds, they can be paired individually just like the Go Airs, still kept that awesome JLab Signature equalizer setting, included is a pair of noise cancelling “cloud foam tips” too! Those tips are good for 2 reasons but also bad for 1 reason. Forsythe good, well with these cloud tips they expand on your ear canal exactly like earplugs! So they cancel out like 80 or85% of background noise, and will absolutely NOT fall out.Now the only downside to the noise cancellation of those tips is if, like me, you wear like 1 earbud at work… For me personally that didntworkouttoo well, my boss basically whispers and I’m on my way to being deaf, so yeah didn’t work out for me lol.As a whole, the Icons are worth soooooo much more than the extra $10, or is it $20!Either way, totally worth it and I HIGHLY recommend these!Ok quick edit Fyer using them for oh I dunno dozens of hours….This is a weird quirk I found when only using 1 earbud… So I was using ONLY the right one for at least 4 hours… Then I went to turn it up but nothing. The button actually ceased to function! Now this scared the crap out of me because I just bought a “renewed” pair and replaced them 3 times because the buttons would just stop working. But the Icon JBuds are so bad ass that IF this happens to you. All you have to do to correct it is take out the other earbud and use the button for a command. Since it was the left one for me, I hit volume down until it worked. Then BAM! THE RIGHT ONE WAS WORKING PERFECTLY AGAIN!

I bought these for my morning run thinking that I could have them play the music on my phone and still hear the prompts from my Samsung Frontier watch. Well, it didn’t work exactly how I wanted, but they are still a big improvement from what I was doing before. These earbuds actually stay in my ears through my whole 1 hour+ run without having to adjust them several times. It’s so much better than the other ones I’ve been using. These may not have the best sound of all the earbuds I’ve tried, but they are the best ones I’ve had for during my workouts. One thing to know is that if the buds don’t charge after you put the cush fins on, it’s because you need to take the fins that are already on them off first. Also, if the sound sounds off, try changing the ear tips and twist them in your ear a bit to get them adjusted properly.Edit – After using these for almost a year, I just bought a new pair. My first pair still work great. In fact, I use these for my job doing transcription. Awesome, awesome ear buds for this price point. I wanted to update my review with some features I’ve discovered in this past year that I didn’t even know these will do. These will actually pause the audio when you take an ear bud out of your ear, either one. I was shocked when I first realized it. I mean, I have never had any headset that would do that, let alone for under $30. Another cool thing is that the multipoint feature is more advanced that I thought. I have the buds paired to both my computer and my cell phone. If I’m working and go to take a break and listen to something on my phone, I don’t even have to pause the audio on my computer or switch anything over. If I press play on my phone, it will automatically pause the audio on my computer and switch over. I am very impressed. One other thing that I want to mention is that if you feel the sound is not as loud as you think it should be, try a larger silicone tip. Usually, I need to use the smaller sizes, but I thought the buds started to feel like they might fall out. After I put the larger tips on, I noticed an improvement in the volume and the sound quality overall. The one slight drawback was that one ear bud suddenly stopped functioning at all one day, and it was going to cost more than the original purchase price to send it to the manufacturer for a warranty replacement. Luckily, I ended up randomly trying the bud again one day, and it was working like nothing ever happened.

I left my JLab ear buds somewhere and replaced them wit these. I like these because they have R and L identified so I’m not always guessing which on is which. They recharge quickly and the charge lasts for a long time. They are comfortable in my ears and the sound quality is excellent.

From the moment when you’ll open your amazon delivery box, you’ll thank yourself that you got a GOOD NAME Brand & QUALITY product for $49. They come in very good packaging, clear, easy to understand instructions/guide. The plastic case, buds & rubber tips are VERY VERY HIGH QUALITY for $49. Plus, the they have 8mm drivers, which is GREAT!Specifications:Speaker: Φ8mm Dynamic (most of the wireless earbuds in the market packs 6mm driver), Neodymium Magnet, 20Hz-20kHz, 32 ΩOutput: 103±3dbBluetooth Version 5Range: 30+ ft.Support Protocols: HSP/HFP/A2DP/AVRCPMore info: https://www.jlabaudio.com/products/jbuds-air-true-wireless-earbuds-charging-caseThings I love about them:::= Sound quality: It’s balanced, rich and fuller. Very good amount of mids, balanced highs and good enough lows and bass. Bass is not very punchy. Overall, I love how they sound + you can change the sound signature by tripple clicking either of the buds. You can choose between Jlab Signature/Balanced/Bass Boost. I personally like Jlab Signature. It’s V-shaped EQ, I prefer this. Check this spotify playlist created by TLD (Jonathan Morrison of YouTube): https://open.spotify.com/playlist/3wmqwmIrP6MFizjiyM7k6y . I’ve listened all these tracks with these buds connected to MacBook Air and they sound AMMMAZING!!= Call quality: I haven’t receive any complaints from my wife, so I believe they sound good. You can ONLY use right earbud for calls, thats a bummer. Call sounded very good coming from the bud, even on NY subway stations.= Build quality: Its a QUALITY product. Feels VERY good comparing to any of those other unknown chinese brands. They are very high quality earbuds, case & rubber tips.= Functionality: I prefer touch control, but there is always risk of accidental touch on them. These buds have very good button. They are not firm, easy to press and have rubber Jlab logo. And because the buttons and buds are BIG, they are easy to hold and press. I was able to use all of the controls quite easily. On RT bud: Click x1> Volume up & answer call; Click x2> Trigger Siri/Google assistant & end call; Click x3> Toggle between 3 EQ; Click & hold for 1 second> Next track & reject call.On LT bud: Click x1> Volume down; Click x2> Play or pause; Click x3> Toggle between 3 EQ; Click & hold for 1 second> Previous track.ONE thing to note, although these have volume control, it is NOT earbuds volume, you will actually control the volume of the device. They don’t have independent volume. On high end earbuds/headphones, they have own volume, independent of the device volume.= Battery life and charging: 3-4 hours. You should be able to finish 2 movies depending on their lengths. They charge quickly, 15mins of charge will give you 1 hour worth of playtime. Included USB cable in the case is a good touch. I love it.= Fit in ear: They came pre-installed with medium ear tips. But I felt comfortable with smaller tips & without the rubber fin. With the fin, it does not fit in my ear very well. The rubber fin makes them more bulky.= Connectivity: VERY VERY good. I use them with Google Pixel 2 XL phone, Samsung Tablet, MacBook Air and my Samsung TV. I HAVEN’T yet encountered ANY connection drop yet! Which is AMAZING. The left did reconnected 2-3 times, but it happened within a second. So far, connection is SOLID! As good as my Sony over-ear headphones.Things I don’t like:= Size: They are bit big, bulky and not very ergonomic. And the bulk does not provide any extra battery life. I guess 8mm driver makes up for it. The case is FAT too. It is NOT comfortable in a jeans pocket. I REALLY WISH these bud were little smaller! And I wish the battery life was little longer than 4hr in single charge.= During standby (not playing any music/video), the white LED on both buds stays ON (constant on). It looks weird when you have both buds on your ear and not playing music, the white LED stays on!In the end, I think they are THE BEST earbuds from a reputable audio company for less than $50! The quality it provides at this price, is remarkable. I don’t why I didn’t get recommendation about these earbuds before. I had to try and return two other off-brand earbuds.I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND these without any hesitation.

I bought these for work on 2021, mostly for the battery life and being able to use one at a time.100’s of hours of use without any noticeable drop in sound quality or battery life. Here is the kicker, one Friday in January I went to use them and the right bud was missing. A week passed, oh well, I resigned to buying a new pair. A week of freezing temps, rain, and open air— I found the missing right bud on the ground in the parking lot at work. I slapped it back in the charger and it still worked perfectly.Grateful and happy I put the case in my pocket. And then washed my pants.Let them dry over night.Yall they still work just fine!

I own a pair of like $20 earbuds from the same company and have loved them for years, so I decided to try these when my AirPods Pro started going bad. These things seem great so far! The ANC seems good enough for flights, and the audio quality is good enough for my non-audiophile ears.Haven’t had a chance to check battery life yet, but my other JLAB earbuds give me confidence that these will be solid

I got these for my boyfriend. They have some neat features. These were on sale and arrived quickly. The only thing that I would change if I could is the charging chord is about an inch long. But overall happy with the product. So is my boyfriend.

I am new to the bluetooth world so i haven’t tried alot of the diffrent brands out there. I bought these because my gravistar earbuds decided to take a dump so bought a pair of cheap one’s at dollar general. To sum it up they didn’t work very well so decided to get these. They work great, battery life seems to be fine and the sound quality was just as good as my 120$ gravistars. Would buy again for sure!

The multiple-size ear tips and band made these easy to customize and fit just right. The sound quality is great compared to my old Air Pods. Like, by and away. Great at the gym, even on cardio machines. They cancel enough noise that I can’t hear anything if I turn them up while at home.I just wish the battery lasted a touch longer without having to go plug the case in.
