I was looking for a suitable way to mount my 4070 ti into my Corsair 5000D since the built in vertical mounts were not large enough to fit the 40 series GPUs. This was the best solution I could find after researching others who had the same case.Pros. Allows me to vertical mount the 4070 ti and can also fit 4080 and 4090 GPUs in this case.metal construction is nice and sturdy once installed.Adjustment screws allow to position card in the best positionNo loss in performance from the riser cable.Cons:Installation was a bit tricky as it the mount comes in two pieces and is not held together by screws but by friction.Navigating the cables to the GPU is not easy and cannot be easily taken out if i need to move my PC.the Riser cable is stiff and does not line up exactly with the board and as I was positioning it I was afraid i might damage the cable.Overall i am happy despite the faults and my card gets adequate cooling. If you have a 5000d case and need a vertical mounting option I would recommend this.

It does what it sets out to do.If you use it in a confined space like I did you’ll have to make sure to double check your clearances.Thankfully it’s mostly adjustable. I had to push it to the right to get it to clear the radiator and there’s about enough space to slip a US quarter in between the end of the GPU and front fan.I could drop it down to the next slot but then it interferes with the bottom fans. In this case I had to pretty much use an AIO because the hyper 212 black edition interfered with the GPU being taller. If you use a GPU that’s shorter (the height aligns with the metal bracket where the video outputs are) then you could probably get away with tower air coolers.Overall I’m happy with the way it turned out. Looks cool too. No noticable change in GPU temps.Case in the picture is the fractal torrent compact.GPU is a Asus tuf RTX 3070.

I highly recommend this GPU holder, next to no questions asked.Bracket, Support & Positioning:VERY intuitive installation overall. Documentation is picture-based and easy to follow. I would consider this beginner-friendly and a great alternative to something from Antec, etc. As a general rule of thumb, familiarise yourself with the bracket before inserting your GPU – I was able to attach the bracket to the case, insert my GPU into the 2nd piece, and then slide the 2nd piece into the main bracket before securing. Very quick and in my opinion, easy to do.It also allows you to slide and position the GPU where you want it (i.e. more left or right, and more forwards or back). This was something unique from my original Lian Li bracket where my GPU was nearly forced againist the glass once I was able to get the dang thing in (more notes below on that). It supports my card exactly as I expect it to.Riser Cable & GPU Cabling:I was happy that this included the updated 4.0 cable as I don’t have to perform witchcraft in my BIOS. It has some good length on it, while also being sturdy yet flexible. I’m very happy with it and the ease of installation itself was easy. For the power cables to the GPU, I did have to pull it out and extend to rotate around. If using a non-modular PSU and depending on your case, you will have to clean up your cable management if your power cable is not long enough. Do note that, case-depending, you will have a recess on the back of your case. This is normal and I found to be most welcome for a multitude of reasons that might be due to personal preference. Part of the back panel is also removable, which the instructions include as well.Packaging:Arrived securely and well-packaged. Bracket and sub-bracket were wrapped safely so no pre-assembly dings.Notes for clarity:I previously purchased the one specifically for my case (Lian Li PC-011D-XL) (the 3.0 variant) and it was ridiculously complicated / warped. I bought it again from another local store just in case and STILL had issues with it. I love my case but this has been a pain for a long time. This was installed on an E-ATX case and attached to an ATX motherboard, with a fully modular PSU that included pre-extended cabling. There are no cons because honestly, it works perfectly, even at this price point because you want quality for an expensive component. I’m not waiting in a 12 hour line again.

I bought this to install a 3080 Ti into a Lian Li o11 dynamic case. The card is just barely too wide with common power supply connectors and results in you not being able to use the side panel on my specific case. One of the commenters on this product page did say it worked with the 3080 and 3090, so I figured I should be safe. It took about 10 minutes to install and be running. After 6 months, I started to experience system crashes with no discernible data in the event viewer to identify the cause. I would frequently see a critical error indicating failure to even write a memory dump. After a day of just crashes after every 30 minutes, I did manage to actually get a blue screen of death that said “VIDEO_TDR_FAILURE”. This lead me to a ton of research and landing on a post on some community where the user indicated they had a vertical GPU mount and it was the cause.Sure enough, I replace the vertical mount and inserted the card normally, leaving the side panel off, and did not encounter any more crashes since. I did understood that my card and the slot on the motherboard worked with PCI 4.0. There might have been a setting in the bios to force the slot to also just be 3.0 at the cost of performance, but I decided to just play it safe. I am now just running my machine without the side panel and looking for low profile PCIe 6+2/8 pin, 90 degree adapters to see if I can force the connections down and have enough space to still use the side panel. I am also checking for decent rated and reviewed vertical mounts for PCI 4.0 cards too.I do not have the data to know if there are any additional issues that can be attributed to the reviewed product, but the issue I encountered was due to me not having the proper product for the devices I use, therefore I am not going to dock points on that. Shipping is irrelevant to the product, but it came on time and without any breaks.

Solid GPU mount that works in a mATX case. It left just enough room below for mounting my fans to help cool the GPU. My only gripe with it is that the PCIE cable is very stiff and pretty long. I had to use some heat to make bends in the cable so it didn’t push too hard on the PCIE slot or mount. Plenty of adjustments to make everything work, though I needed to ziptie the back of the mount to the case as the PCIE was pushing it towards the side glass.Overall I’m happy with it as something that is wholly unnecessary for a PC build.

When posts have been popping up about the geforce RTX 40xx series cards having cracked PCB due to their weight. I realized that the amount of money my 4070ti cost me, I should use something else other then a support bracket that came with it.I found this to remedy my concerns. Even though it’s a 4070ti it’s still heavy. Having it mounted vertically put me more at ease knowing that expensive investment of a card won’t damage itself. Plus it showcases the card more appropriately and helps with the air flow since the card isn’t blocking the flow from the bottom fans. You can also adjust this vertical mount to free up the last pcie slot for a dedicated sound card or an M.2 expansion card.

If you are looking for a vertical GPU mount for your case, this is the one you should get. It’s price is cheap but it has great value. I should probably read instructions before I install things. It would have definitely made this process easier for me.For people that buy this: Make sure to put the whole thing together before you put it in your case. That includes mounting the PCI-E riser to the mount and then plugging in and screwing in the GPU as well. If you have a ATX build, just take out all 7 of the slot covers in the back even though it only uses the bottom 6. If you have a half-width PCI-E device in the top, you will be able to install it, but only after you put the mount in (You can see my Wifi card in the second pic). If you don’t, reinstall the slot cover after you have the mount and GPU in.I was able to fit my Asus 4080 TUF (Same size as Asus 4090 TUF if you are wondering) in my Montech Air 903 MAX, and that is with the AX210 Wifi PCIE card behind it. There is still a suitable amount of space between the GPU and the glass side panel. I was honestly expecting my temps to go up, but everything has stayed about the same. Granted the Air 903 Max has great airflow.Looks are subjective, but I definitely love the way it looks when the GPU is mounted vertically. It hides the ugly USB3 and USB-C front panel cables as well as the USB cable for the Wifi Card, not to mention the SATA cables. If you have a bottom mounted Post Code screen it will now be blocked though.

I have to say, if you’re in the market for any vertical GPU mount, just buy this one. The other ones I’ve personally seen/tried have all been terrible (Fractal Flex 2 is especially AWFUL.) This one was a breeze to get installed. I ended up using Home Depot stainless screws and washers just to give it a little extra support, but that’s optional. People commented on the included riser cable being stiff, but I had no issue bending and installing it in the PCIe slot. Didn’t feel very stiff at all. The design, installation, price, etc. are all top notch and I recommend you just buy this one if you’re in the market. Excellent job on Coolermaster’s part.

Very easy to assemble and mount in your case. The case I’m using is the Anted performance 1 ft with the Aorus 4070 Ti Superand it fits just fine. Couple of screws and it’s installed. I would recommend this for anyone who wants to show off their GPU.

I was able to mount my Radeon 7900 on my Lian Li Dynamic EVO without any problems! 👍🏼
