These earbuds are the highest quality wired headphones for input and output I’ve found for the price tag. They seem to be on par or have higher input quality than Airpods, which is a plus for me keeping up technologically in an Apple-dominated workplace.

Love these earbuds. My first pair lasted me about six years of constant use and I must have ran them through the washer and dryer a dozen times and they kept working fine. I used them so much that I used super glue to hold them together with no effect on the sound quality. Finally decided to get new ones after the L ear pice started to get staticky with high volume. The rubber earpieces are comfortable enough I can sleep with them in. The mic is great, only complaint is that it picks up on background noise a little too well, especially when on a call. I was folding laundry and the person on the other end could hear the fabric rustling. Overall, fantastic headphones and well worth the money!

The treble is light and the mid is very sweet. Only the bass is thin and shallow, but the bass is still good, I know MDREX155 is not an extra bass line. Therefore, a good price will make this product easy to accept.I like it with its light weight and good lookingNeutral, suitable for R&B, POP, Rock. With EDM it will be a bit lacking in Bass

Really great sound quality for a budget model with clever earbud shaping so you always know which is left ear or right ear without having to look for a color or text. Was hoping these would somehow magically work for making phone calls with my knockoff Apple Lightning to 3.5mm audio adapter. LOL Oh well. They still work well for listening to audio playback on the iPhone but not for making phone calls, Twitter Spaces, etc. Perhaps if I get a genuine Apple Lightning to 3.5mm adapter they may work for making phone calls on the iPhone. The audio quality is very clear and detailed and do not produce too much bass. They are perfect for recording and mixing music in a DAW and can handle a lot of signal from my audio interface without distortion. They are very comfortable and come with several sized earbud tips for a perfect fit. I don’t write many reviews but these little guys deserved a good one.

I bought this set of earbuds after an older pair I was using (not from Sony) stopped working as well. I mainly use it with my laptop and I’ve found that sound quality to be quite good, the bass will not be too deep (as these are relatively small, and the bass in earbuds is usually not that deep anyways) but everything sounds nice and clear.The headphone jack comes at a 90 degree angle, so you will not have to deal with bent wires. The wires are quite long and thin, and seem prone to tangling. I was hesitant at first about whether the earbuds would irritate my ears, since some other ones tend to make my ears ache after having them in for a while (even after swapping out the pads), but these fit quite snugly and comfortably in my ears.The only thing I would advise buyers is that this model does not seem to have volume controls on the earbuds itself, only a microphone and mute button. While this should not be a deal-breaker for many, since you can control volume from the device itself, it would be good to keep in mind when comparing with other products.

I have a small ear canal so have trouble with finding comfortable earbuds, but this one is perfection. seals but small enough to not hurt my ears. 🙂

This is my third set of these (first was a gift). I have a set for my personal computer/desktop set up, and have a new work computer/laptop set up I am using my travel set for, so need a third set! I love them – great sound blocking and quality sound when on meetings. Really comfortable too and stay in great with my tiny ears. Highly recommend.
