Upgraded my front factory door speaker in my 05 Xterra. These are simple and straight forward to install. Paired with an aftermarket radio, the sounds is great. It won’t win any shows but it definitely makes the listening experience a whole lot better. I listen to everything from rap, country, folk, metal, rock and bluegrass and all of it sounds great. Good bass, kids are perfect. I’d highly recommend.

Bought 2 sets to replace the factory original speakers on 2005 Toyota Solara. The car uses the “same” size speakers, but they are actually not even close… So I needed to use some creativity to physically attach the speakers to their locations. Also, electric connection is different, so I spliced the wires with wire nuts. Other than that, the sound is vastly superior to my 18 y old speakers… So I highly recommend this fairly cheap upgrade to the sound of an old, cheap commuter car. Nothing fancy, but worth the money to feel a little more comfortable in your car. Very happy with the upgrade!

They sound good I took the old ones they were blown. Took the clip off and soldered the wire it came with it. Only had back speakers so it wasn’t very loud now it sounds great super happy with this purchase 5 stars replacement speakers. I have no amp or anything just stock speakers with stock radio! The quality for the price and the look good as well wasn’t able to use the covers they are under door covers

Definitely a quality value set of speakers. Used in 2009 toyota carolla with factory radio. Note to future owners. When selling stock replacement speakers ** when keeping factory radio** you should be concerned with only a few specifications related to the speakers. 1. Speaker power handling – should be as low as possible. This will make the speaker perform better, because the factory radio only puts out 15 to 35 Watts per channel. The closer to radio output vs max power handling of speaker the happier the speaker is. It’s related to what it takes to drive the speaker back and forth and remain in control of the cone movement. What happens when the speaker is under powered and can’t control the speaker? Distortion….. 2. Speaker sensitivity – you want this number (db) to be as high as possible among your chosen speakers. Do try and listen to your choices. Some sound tiny, some have better bass response, some offer both. If you you focus on the two above characteristics you can’t go wrong. Speaker companies don’t make crappie speakers, consumers make bad choices. No need to spend a wade of cash on high end speaker with high power handling speakers, if you don’t have the power to make them “sing “. It’s different story if you have already purchased amplifiers. Even then your main concerns will still be the two characteristics above.

Popped these in my 96 Civic. The great price scared me as to the quality of the sound. Very nice sound. Strong bass without a lot of “boominess”. For the money, these were a good choice.

JVC has one of the best signal to noise radio out there for car stereos. Some of the best audio sound comes from JVC 6×9’s. Both highs and lows come from 6×9 speakers and they dont have any problems with pushing more wattage either. Great speakers! Great speakers for your money. They fill in great for the factory speakers. They fit perfectly.
