This comes with everything you need, including a LOT of remote wire, which is good, you will still have some left after running the remote from your head unit. The only thing you need to worry about is how you’re going to put a hole through your firewall, that’s literally the most difficult part. Other than that finding a good ground is easy, I just wish the ground wire could be a tiny bit longer, but I understand why it is not. The amp powers my subs well, and boy can they get loud, I’m sure there’s better out there, but if you want something to hook up to and power your subs with minimal research and complications, this one is a great choice.

Solid kit that has everything you’ll need to hook up amp to oem radio. This kit has worked great for 10 months but I just ran into my first problem. Turned on car and no sound out of the radio. Closer inspection revealed that the amp had no power so I took a look at the fuse near the battery in the hood and one cap of the fuse had detached. Fortunately, it was a $2.50 fix from AutoZone who had the same 60 amp fuse in stock. Overall good kit with everything I needed to hook up my amp. Just FYI, that if you lose power to the amp suddenly to first unscrew the caps of the fuse holder to see if the fuse is still in tact. The metal bar inside was in perfect condition yet fuse was busted. I have no idea how long these fuses are supposed to last, but would be a good idea to pick up some inexpensive $2.50 backups for the glove box just in case this happens to you.

Good kit to accompany a smaller amp. Decent quality for the price. No complaints. This is the 2nd time I’ve purchased this kit.

This kit had basically everything you need to wire in your Subwoofer in your car! Plenty of wire length even when running to the trunk and although the wire quality isn’t top of the line, I’ve had this kit installed now for months with no issues whatsoever! Upon installation I did need to tin the power wires to get them to screw down tightly and not separate or fray but I would recommend using ferrel leads instead! I loved that this kit came with tons of supplies! The wire loom was a bit cheap so I chose to use my own but it would work in a pinch!
Quick, easy, and best of all cheap and it works –
Cheap, easy to install, and I would recommend it to anyone if this is the size wire they need

I recently purchased the BOSS Audio Systems KIT2 8 Gauge Amp Installation Wiring Kit for upgrading the sound system in my car, and it has been an absolute delight to work with. This kit proved to be exactly what I needed for a seamless and efficient installation process. The quality of the cables in this kit is impressive. They are thick, durable, and well-insulated, which is crucial for any car audio setup. The robustness of these cables ensures minimal signal interference and maximum sound quality. I was particularly pleased with the flexibility of the cables, which made routing them through tight spaces in my car a lot easier than I anticipated. The kit came with everything required for a standard amp installation, including power and ground cables, a fuse holder, and an RCA interconnect. The completeness of this kit made the installation straightforward, saving me the hassle of purchasing additional components.During the installation, I noticed that the connectors and terminals are of good quality too. They provided a secure and solid connection, which is vital for the safety and longevity of any car audio system.Since installing my new sound system using this kit, the performance has been stellar. The sound is clear, with no noticeable distortion or electrical noise, which speaks to the quality of the materials used in this kit.

Great kit and has everything you need, and then some. They make sure to give you plenty of options for almost any install. One thing I really would like to see included on all of these kits would be ferrules for the power, ground, and remote wires… If you don’t have ferrules on hand, either buy some or tin the ends of the cables with solder, rather than just pinching the bare wire with the set screw on the amp. Or, cut the ring off of a ring terminal and crimp the barrel onto the wire. Almost anything will give a better connection than just stuffing the twisted wire into the socket and tightening the set screw.
