This is by far the best car phone holder I’ve ever had and I’ve bought so many! Usually I’m not a fan of vent clips because the vent I like to use is on the right of my steering wheel which causes my phone to block the vent completely – I’m not able to turn that vent off causing my phone to get too cold or hot! Brilliant idea for attaching a swivel arm enabling the phone to raise above the vent so you get your air and don’t hurt your phone!*Advice: I had to play with the best way to attach the vent clip main part before attaching the swivel arm to be sure it would lock tight (it will, you just have to get the tension correct with the lever and if it doesn’t secure with lever up, flip it over and try again. Also be sure the vent is angled how you want before attaching since you can’t really adjust the vent after securing. This required a little extra patience but it’s worth it!)For the price, I recommend buying the 2 pack – I’m impressed you get 2 for $18! :)Thanks for a sturdy product, I’ve already shared your listing with family!

I have this attached to my vent and it stays put but moves if I need to adjust it. Holds my phone in place even if the road is bumpy. So happy I found this. Makes the maps on my phone so much easier to follow.

For years I’ve been frustrated with phone holders that don’t work in my 2 cars. The suctions or glue plates never stick to the uneven dash. The vent clips always fall off. I don’t want to use the windshield suction due to visibility issues.But this thing actually works! We used it on a long trip involving 14 total hours of driving and it was perfect. Just be careful not to over tighten as I could see that causing a problem with the vent fins. But this thing holds my phone steady and I can place it in a convenient spot.

It was a little challenging putting together but boy, it serves its purpose. I’ve had several products similar to but this one takes it to the next level. The vent hook was the sell for me, In addition, I like that it sits a distance from the vent, especially in the winter months. I always had to take my phone down in the winter which hindered me seeing the direction. Will be purchasing another set to have on reserves and may even give them as gifts. Yeah, one of my best purchases indeed!!!
