Great amp. Clean crisp power. Running kicker 6-1/2 and 8s. Love the Bluetooth function. Means I did not have to wire in the radio to use it with my phone. Connected so quickly and easily. Never had ANY Bluetooth connect this quick. 100 flawless. True believer in Boss products. Thank you for a great amp. I’ve been an audiophile sine a kid…..1991. Competed in competitions. All I can say is wow. Nice!!

The sound is amazing, better than a similar Kenwood unit. Wiring instructions are simple and straight forward. Don’t skimp on connections! Do it right! Solder them! Pairing Bluetooth was very fast and I was up and running in an hour or so. I replaced an old JVC amp the was under the drivers seat so all power, ground, and speaker wires were right there. Take your time and enjoy amazing sound!

I was skeptical at first since im running 2 boat speakers and a 10 inch subwoofer in my rock crawler. i didnt know if it would accommodate a second amp for the sub. But it worked perfectly, 500 amps going to the boats and output to the second amp running the sub. Well worth it in my opinion.

After install air conditioning in my Chevy Impala it made me lose a lot of glove compartment space where i originally had a pioneer single din head unit …..after i was thinking to buy an amp ($140ish) ,and the Bluetooth adapter for another $40 or so but then i would have to find a spot for the amp(under the seat i feel is dangerous ,and in the trunk i was limited on space plus that would leave me to extend wires ). Since my single din was already in the glove compartment i decided this unit would just make everything easier….which it did by hiding it under the dash near the a pillar above the kick panel.Love the option to add an amp( now i only have to hide one amp) / eq ( recommend because the rear is a little louder than front and needs tuning).I recommend

Me and my buddies put these in all of our boats I’ve installed four of them and haven’t had a single problem with any of them and they sound great with a good speaker I run 4×6.5” Skar audio marine speaker and it’s perfect

Took out my old boat stereo, swapped harnesses and put this in. Really like it. It reconnects to my phone and starts playing. This nice on a ski boat where you are turning the engine on/off all the time when loading people. Overall all I am happy with the spend. Took about 20 min to swap harnesses and install. This is all I have in my boat now, and I am happy!

I was able to effortlessly connect my Samsung Note 4 Android phone to it and hear all of the audio from my phone: taps on screen, text msg tones, ringtone, Google Maps Voice-guided Nav, Spotify, etc. It will soon be tested with a Windows 8.1 Pro PC with an ASUS BT 400 dongle. If I’m able to update my review at a later time, I will let you all know how that worked out too.With this amp’s lack of an built-in equalizer (mentioned as EQ going forward), you will need to have an EQ on the device you’re broadcasting audio from (BT, 3.5mm, etc). Android appears to have an equalizer built in (at least on the newer versions, I’m running 5.1.x), however I probably didn’t look hard enough to find the user interface where I could control and manipulate the EQ. So I jumped on the Play App Store and found a few options, some free, some paid to remove ads. I initially downloaded “Equalizer FX (Free)” to see if it worked – it did, very nicely too I might add. Please note: you will be prompted to disable the Android’s built-in EQ when you initially attempt to enable the Equalizer FX EQ. This is a one-time step. After verifying it basically did what I needed, I paid for the ad-free version – hate ads! The only quirk I’ve found with the app, which I is associated solely with this particular app, not the amp, is that when streaming audio, with the EQ enabled and adjusted to my liking, and using Google Maps Voice-guided Navigation at the same time, the EQ freaks out and the bass boost is pumped up to what seems like the max. But again, this is an app-specific issue and not related to the amp. Just a tip for my fellow Android users who may be beginning their search on how to get up and running.Overall, I’m very, very happy with my purchase and would recommend it to a friend who was in need of a BT amp!

I put this in a golf cart and was pleased with the simplicity and performance! I didn’t want a head unit since I was going to play music through my phone. So your phone bluetooths to this amp and it sends the signal through four channels to your speakers. Every wire was labeled as to its function. The remote was great, it had nice big illuminated buttons great for old people.I would highly recommend.
