Ok, so you really shouldn’t be mounting things to your mountain bike. Everyone says so. It’s just cluttery and in the way and you’re going to wreck, it’s just a matter of when, so why risk something that’s going to get broken anyway?Look. Sometimes I like using Strava while I’m on my rides. And I enjoy having my music *right there* to switch tracks and such. And really, is my phone that much safer in my pocket? Probably not.This is a really solid piece of kit. It’s well designed, mounts easy and is made of quality materials that feel nice when you manipulate it. When the phone is gripped inside it, it feels like a good, solid Ottercase mounted to my handlebars. Before you ask, yes, your phone will fit in it. I have the largest iPhone yet made (iPhone 15 Pro Max) and it holds it just fine even inside a normal sized case. The action is solid and when you lock the phone down it feels like there’s no way it’s going anywhere.Speaking of… I can promise you that your phone is going nowhere and it will be protected. I took a really nasty spill on the bike at a very high rate of speed. It was the kind of hit where you see it coming and think “man, this is really going to hurt, I hope I don’t need an ambulance.” I hit a tree at about 15 mph. It sent everything I had on the bike flying. I destroyed a helmet and lost my sunglasses and a shoe. Did about $100 in damage to the bike. This thing was mounted right in the line of fire. It was the one thing still attached to the bike and my phone was still mounted in it and undamaged.Which, that’s about all you can expect. Unfortunately, the mount did not emerge unscathed. The formerly smooth acting mechanism to grip the phone was no longer smooth acting. It was a little crunchy and while it still technically worked, I missed the way it had worked. So I just went and bought another. I don’t mind paying good money for this kind of quality product and it is cheap insurance to protect a much more expensive phone.

I have to install this on my bike thats getting a tune up. However, the packaging gets an A+. The material used, its basic function gets an A+. You can not shake the phone loose. Love that it has a locking mechanism to make sure it does not vibrate loose. A+Will update once I take it on a ride. Getting bicycle tuned up for abother season of riding.

It has held my phone through many bumps and holes. It is an excellent phone case! Don’t even try the big box store ones, buy this one. I wish I had bought this one first!

I wanted these for my kids so their phone wouldn’t fall out of their pocket. It was easy to put on. All we had to do was twist the screw. My kids have these on their bikes and Jetsons. It’s very easy to install and holds my cell phone securely. I will buy more as gifts. My one wish is that is was made in the U.S.A. instead of China. I ended up going with the clamp style mount for the motorbike. I absolutely love it, this seller suggested that it would better meet my needs. I decided to keep this one, & put it onto my mountain bike. The clamp style is better for 50mph street riding, however; this one is great out in the woods trail riding on a pedal or electric bycicle. The seller is highly knowledgeable and of you have any questions, I would highly suggest reaching out.

I was actually very surprised with how well it holds the phone in place. It locks on very well to the handlebar, and comes with rubber strips to adjust to any handlebar diameter AND not scratch your handlebar. I’m using an iPhone 13 Pro Max with this and it holds the phone exceptionally well, even on mountain trails with all the bounding around the phone stayed exactly how I installed it. Very good product, would highly recommend this.
