Edit 12/03/22**** Original review is below, but i wanted to update on the company sending me a new watch. I received the new one watch 11/03/22. I wanted to wait to see how it responded or if it would be a lemon like the first one. Just over a month using the watch and I have no complaints. This watch is very reasonable on price and it works great for my needs. Obviously the normal, it is a watch. It tracks your steps fairly well and measures heartbeat, stress and sleep. You are also able to sync it with your phone and receive messages to the watch. I bought a different watch band for it and a screen cover to make the watch last longer. I took off the wrist twist gesture because I do not need it to turn on at random times while I’m working for no reason. This helps save the battery and I can easily go a week without charging it. With the wrist gesture on it might need a charge every 3-5 days, depending on how often it turns on and off. In closing, I would definitely buy this again and it exceeds my needs for what I wanted. Grade A- for overall.. The initial issues made it a minus but their company made good on sending me a replacement and I like the watch and brand.Original review:After reviewing the rating for this watch I figured I would give it a try. I had bought Tozo earbuds for myself and family in the past and never had any issues. So looking for a smart watch, I would give this a try and support the company. Out of the box, it looks great and it sync’s up with your phone very easily. The Tozo app, I think is user friendly and gives you all the necessary information from the app to your wrist and then back quickly.Here’s the problem. I had the watch for about 15 days and one morning, I woke up and put in on my wrist and the display screen was failing. I attached pictures showing what it was doing. It appears that something is not connected correctly inside the watch or the screen lcd portion has failed. I immediately contacted customer service via email thru the App. They responded within one business day. After providing the purchase history, Sophia from Tozo(could be just the they list for all service emails) was sending me a new watch free of charge and to keep the damaged watch to avoid any further hassle. That was amazing and awesome customer service. Granted I had to send multiple screenshots of where I bought it, when I bought it and had to give a review hence this long experience.But to continue reviewing the watch, I will give more information.The Battery. After a fully charged watch, it could last 5-8days. If you have the wrist motion turned on the watch wakes up more often and in turn waste more battery life(2-3 days). I have since turned it off and lowered the display brightness to conserve battery.The connectivity of the watch works great. It receives emails, text msg, phone calls. You can change the main screen to a variety of different displays. It has an Alexa feature built in but I have not used yet. The timer appeared to work great along with the alarm, flashlight and stop watch. I am still unsure of the accuracy of the measurements for the heart beat, and stress levels. It appears to be an average but I believe it gives a decent reading. The step counter is what I use the most and I feel it is fairly accurate.I have not received the replacement watch yet. (Says it will take several weeks). Once I receive the newer watch, I am hoping the screen will last alot longer then the first watch.Overall, I currently will give this watch a C-. It works very well but having the screen take a crap so quickly I’m hesitant the newer one will be faulty also. After I receive the replacement and I use the watch for a longer period of time, if the watch holds up then a newer update review will be given and a higher rating will be issued.Until then, I’ll be using a watch that has failed too quickly.

I love the user friendly setup that this watch provided and the amount of options offered for the price! This product has lasted me a very long time and I am only departing from it because of new TOZO products. My favorite feature of the app was the ability to rearrange the quick access apps and the amazing battery life is seriously no joke. A very worthy product and genuinely a great deal for the price.

This watch is great! I love that is looks like the Apple Watch but is NOT Apple. I currently have the Samsung Galaxy watch and the Amazfit Bip watch. The Amazfit watch was my daily driver, and my Galaxy watch was worn on weekends and “off work days.” I felt my Amazfit watch was lacking the cool look of a smart watch with some key features. I have the older version of Amazfit with very bad color and display quality. The Tozo S2 looks so much better and is plenty bright even on the lowest setting. This was an issue with the Amazfit. Granted, you can’t be the nearly 30 days of battery I got with the Amazfit, but I can get around a week of battery life with the S2. That is if I don’t get many notifications and turn off settings like continious heart rate monitoring, sleeping tracking. It definatley beats the 3 days I get with the Galaxy. For me, this is the watch I was looking for. It is really light and can hardly feel it on your wrist. I love the fact is has Alexa too. It seems to respond quite well. My other smart watches don’t have this feature, which is one I wanted. I have not tried the exercise tracking yet but I am looking forward to trying them once I get more time. I haven’t tried the sleep tracker either as my current mattress has sleep tracking and I don’t like to sleep with a watch on. The watch does not have the option to respond to messages or use for calling, but you can get notification alerts so you don’t have to pull out your phone to read them or see who is calling you. This is the only option I needed for my daily watch since I can’t use my phone much during work. The charging is easy too. Honestly, I am not a fan of the cradle style charger holder because I feel it is just more clutter to have on your nightstand. To charge you just get the cable and it magnetically connects and charges. Less messing around with trying to get it to charge in some fancy holder. If I had one con, it would be the mobile app. For some reason it seems to drain my phone battery. I have an older Note 8, with an old battery, which may be the issue. I feel the app functionality is good and easy to use, but the running application takes a toll on my phone.It might not have all the extra features as the Samsung Galaxy but it is like a 1/3 of the price!!! It also make my older Amazfit Bip watch look totally outdated!I am very happy with the S2! This watch is definatley my daily driver now!

The first thing I liked was the “old school” band. I’m old enough to remember changing watch bands with the pins, like this has. No more messing around with bands that change with each upgrade of other trackers I have had. These will be able to use any watch band that uses the pins. This also has a few more features than my old tracker. I like the options for clock faces, even the ability to use MY photos. I have used other Tozo products, mainly ear buds, and have been totally satisfied with them. Great tracker at a great price.

I purchased this for my son. He had no problems attaching to his android phone. It works perfect. You just have to have the phone in range when it comes to phone calls and it did not have the option of tracking your phone like if you were in one room and your phone is in another, you cannot “ping” your phone to locate it…. I know before you say anything this is not an iPhone or an I watch or any of the android series smart watches, but it works very well and it is a very good investment if you are not looking to spend a couple of hundred dollars.$$$

Smart watches can measure your heart rate using a kind of light sensor. It needs to be a little snug, so pick a watch band you can be comfortable with. Some people may be more sensitive to things like silicone tugging arm hairs.Heart rate can be set to monitor continuously (every 5 seconds) and other functions can be used often enough to impact battery life. Typical battery life in regular mode so far has been about a third used per day. I can recharge to 100% during a 15 minute shower. I can also wear it in the shower.This watch can measure blood oxygen when manually selected. I have not found an automatic setting.Stress can be measured as a function of heart rate variance- if you are stressed then your heart rate stays high instead of fluctuating. I was able to see a consistent high stress while sick with a cold.I wish I understood how it determines when I’m asleep. If I wake up and don’t move, it doesn’t always register the wake. It doesn’t seem to capture afternoon naps. It sometimes doubles your sleep on a day. Data shows simply periods of deep sleep, light sleep, and awake.Step counter seems to function for any type of activity. There is a related calorie counter and exercise mode that I have never used. There is no ninja exercise mode.Weight tracking is manually entered into phone app, not watch. Not sure if there is a smart scale that can be integrated.There is an alert you can set for a certain high heart rate within ten minutes of inactivity.Alexa can listen to you ask a question and she types a response. There is no speaker in this watch, only a mic. Alexa can perform various tasks, but so far cannot reply to text messages for me. While you can see text messages (no pictures), you can’t reply thru the watch. You might be able to dictate a message to another Alexa device thru this watch. I need to research calendar notifications.Oh yes- the watch tells time. Pick from a dozen a watch faces. Not sure where to make one. Also, stop watch and alarm functions.There is a find my phone option. No find watch options in app?There is a simple weather widget- hi low current temperature and the icon of cloud that describes current conditions.Music controller has basic play/pause, skip/rewind, volume +- and nothing else. There is no storage on the watch for music, it simply tells your phone to play it. You should be using your Tozo earbuds to listen.The watch seems to remember data while away from the phone. When close enough to connect to Bluetooth, it updates the app. It needs to be connected to deliver text messages and notifications. I can keep phone nearby in a tool box, instead of my pocket, and watch will keep me updated.Can’t answer phone calls with watch alone. I don’t answer phone calls anyway.For the price, it sure does a lot.

I have an Apple Watch. This is no Apple Watch. Butttt it doesn’t cost what an Apple Watch does. It’s a GREAT starter watch. My hubs and I both tried it. Hubs felt it was a bit small screen size for his huge hands. He liked the features & functions though. He wore it to work a week. I wore it a week as well. For the money it’s great for the price! I bought it to track my heart rate and sleep while my Apple Watch charges at night. It works great for this purpose. I would be great for a teenager or someone wanting to try a smart watch. The app is pretty basic but is okay. The watch screen is pretty responsive and bright. I like how the watch band has several holes for adjustment. More then most watch bands. My 6 year old grandson can fit it as well as my man sized hubs. I didn’t have much faith in the blood pressure readings. But it’s pretty spot on with my home cuff that’s been calibrated by a professional. I have POTS so wear a smart watch to monitor my heart rate. Also for convenience of course too. I have to monitor my blood pressure as I struggle with low blood pressure. So I have my blood pressure cuffs professionally calibrated. I have a small cuff I carry with me at all times. This watch was really close with the blood pressure for both me and my hubs about 90% or the time. BUT DO NOT a rely on it for that! ALWAYS take your reading with a blood pressure cuff that’s accurate. But it did help give me an idea what my numbers was. I love that about it! I also love sleep tracking. The heart rate was always spot on when checker with my other devices. Those too are professionally calibrated. The only time the heart rate gave a wonky reading was a couple times I didn’t have the band adjusted right. After readjusting it it then read correctly. So be sure you have a good fit for the sensors to read properly. That was my main goal with it was the sleep tracking and it does that well! I do not like the wonky charger that’s specific to this brand. I don’t like the short cord that comes with it. You can buy other cords but it’s hard to find long ones for this watch. That honestly is about my only complaint with it. The battery life is amazing! It lasted me 6 days and hubs 5. That’s pretty awesome! All in all for the price it’s a great watch!

If yoire looking for feature packed including fitness and health and user friendly interface without overspending, TOZO has you covered.It does a good job tracking steps (although seems a bit higher than my Fitbit or Apple Watch), heart rate, and sleep patterns. I have not checked out BP but have read reviews of its accuracy.The app is user-friendly and syncs well with the watch, but it is limited without much third party integration. However, having Alexa on board is a huge plus if you’re connected to the Amazon world.Many watch faces as options help to give it the look and feel you want.No drop tests on my part to test durability but it has held up against accidental bumps to doors and walls.The watch’s battery life was surprisingly long in the range of 5 to 7 days with average use.Cons: you won’t get notifications from all apps. And there is no voice-to-text for quick replies or a hands-free Alexa activation.More expensive devices still surpass with their higher end features and integration.Overall, a reliable budget friendly choice for most users especially those just entering the smart watch arena.

I am very satisfied with this Tozo S2. The display is very vivid and looks alot like Apple Watch. The notifications work well but they became annoying so I disabled them. I also have the heart rate tracking and stress tracking set to Intelligent monitoring rather than always on 24/7. I didnt connect the alexa at all or test that out because I am looking for the longest battery life. With the system configured as I stated it is using less than 10% battery per day and should get to at least 14 days per charge.The step tracking is not perfect but pretty close. I counted 50 steps that I walked in my house and the watch said 54 steps. Also the sleep tracking is decent, it does note what time you went to bed and what time you woke up and also when I got up at 3am to go to the bathroom it also showed up on the chart.The heart rate function seems accurate. The SP02 is finicky. I had to put the watch on the inside of my wrist to get the accurate measurement and tight. The music control works well to pause music or change the volume. Overall I am satisfied with the watch, the hardware is fantastic but the software is a 7 out of 10.If you are a fitness freak and avid runner and want extremely accurate stats than you should get a more expensive watch such as Garmin but if you just want general overall metrics than this watch should satisfy you. I like it better even than the Mi Band 6 and I have tried a few other smart watches in this price point and this one is the best one of the ones that are under the price of 80.I like it and find it motivating to exercise on a daily basis and remind me to get my steps in. Thats the best thing about the watch is that is encourages you to be more active but I found the sedentary reminder annoying so I disabled that also and it has a thing to remind you to drink water if you want. Also it lets you set a Do not Disturb from 11pm to 7 am (for example) so that you dont accidentaly wake up the watch at night with its bright light.It is lightweight and comfortable and I am not allergic to the band. At night I put it on the other wrist to alternate. Also I have it a couple notches looser than the max tightness and it still registers the heart rate and so forth without having to have the watch super tight.That is with Android 11 that I am using it with. Some of the less favorable reviewers are on Apple phone and I think maybe the software is not so good for the Apple version compared to Android.Edit: It was 12 days, not 14
