I’ve gone through many bands for the Gizmowatch 2 and so far this is my favorite!* The rubber ones all tear where the spring pin goes through them.* Other nylon ones rely on hook and loop (aka Velcro) but the hook and loop components are glued on and fall of, and then the watch band can’t close anymore.This one is nice because the attachment points are made of hard plastic, so the spring pins aren’t going to rip through them. There are no glued on velcro bits to fall off. It has a metal slide to adjust the size of the wrist strap! My son likes that the material is soft and a little stretchy, so he can slip on the watch band quickly and much more easily than previous bands. Its easy for him to adjust the opening size if needed.He’s not worn it long enough to see if it will stand the test of time, but so far it looks promising. Another review mentioned missing spring pins – mine came with a bag of spring pins including several spares. The bag was glued to the interior of the box. The two bands actually came with an instruction booklet.One note is that since the band stays together in a loop. you can’t lay the watch down on the original charger that came with the watch. Thats OK for me – I prefer the model made by Soarking because it makes much better contact with the charging pads on the underside of the watch. The Soarking charger cable routes out the side of the charger, so it doesn’t interfere with this watch band. Ive bought so many elastic bands that say they are for kids and they end up being way too big. These fit my 6 and 8 yo really well. They both have tiny wrists.
