This is the most premium looking case on a Nintendo console that I have ever seen! I really didn’t think Nintendo was capable of being this chic. It’s priced like a freaking Apple product but it’s so worth it! The fabric around the case is really grippy but still comfortable to hold. It fits the Switch Lite like a glove and the it’s got some decent protection on both the flap and the case body. The flap also feels very sturdy, it doesn’t feel like it would rip off without a fight and the edges are magnetised to keep it in place when it’s shut. It’s no magic Apple flap though and doesn’t put the device to sleep or wake it up when opening/closing the flap. The flap doesn’t bump too much against my fingers when it’s open. Always an inch or two away. I do wish the shoulder buttons were protected but I see why they did it (so you can play while it’s in the case) and I’m fine with the compromise. It really hits a sweet spot between lightweight portability and halfway decent protection! You can also still access the USB-C even when closed and the game card slot, headphone jack, top vents, and volume rockers, when it’s open. You can’t access the MicroSD slot while it’s in the case but that’s a non-issue for most. There are also cutouts on the back of the case to allow the air vents on the back of the Lite to breathe. It does get warm but not any warmer than the Lite already does, just a different feeling since you’re touching warm fabric instead of warm plastic.Unfortunately you can’t natively use something like a HomeSpot or other USB-C Bluetooth dongle because they usually have to sit flush against the bottom of the Lite. If you wish to use those you’ll need a USB-C extender but that’s 2 extra items you’ll need to carry around with you while traveling as you don’t want them hanging out exposed and possibly knocked around and end up damaging the USB-C port. This is a small issue but one I did encounter during my use.In summary, it is a case with normal case drawbacks. But as far as portability and build quality is concerned, this is the best case on the market. I will still be using my Skullnco Gripcase at home but when I’m out I’m definitely always bringing this along. I even put my Lite in the case at home for storage against dust or just to look at how pretty it is!

For the way I use my switch lite, this is the perfect case. It’s made of a nice material that feels comfortable as well as sturdy. It slips right into my bag and hasn’t stained or ripped. My only wish is that the magnetic clasp turned off the switch like the folio iPad cases, but that’s a Nintendo issue.Would buy again if I needed to

This is so perfect for my needs and exactly what I’ve been looking for! Most of my playing is while walking or commuting via mass transit, and I ideally wanted the ability to quickly toss it in my bag or a pocket when switching trains, entering a store, answering a phone call or sending a text, or otherwise need my hands for something, and then just as quickly take it back out to resume playing. There are so many times I only need somewhere to safely put it down for a minute or two, and THIS case is absolutely perfect for that! I can flip it closed and put it in my bag or pocket in one second, and then take it right back out when I’m ready and simply flip it open again. Be forewarned that joysticks are clickable through the case, but for me that’s a minor annoyance compared to the significant benefits over other case options; I lock the screen before closing it and thus far have never had an issue of it clicking the same joystick enough times in a row and close enough together to unlock it. It has never once affected my game.If you’re looking for an extremely sturdy and protective case, this isn’t it. Except for the thin screen protector, it doesn’t protect the front while you’re playing (there are full shell cases for that), and doesn’t protect the top buttons — R, L, ZR, ZL — even when closed (there are full zip-around cases similar to a laptop sleeve for that). But, neither the shells nor zip cases are convenient for this type of quick playing on the go. The shell alone doesn’t protect any of the buttons if you need to put it in your bag, and the typical big zip cases can’t be used while playing, and zipping and unzipping and re-storing the case both while playing and between plays gets so tedious that I quite often ended up taking the risk of tossing it in my bag with just the shell, anyway.I wish they had a version with grips or somewhere to add grips for playing, or maybe more color options, but overall I really can’t complain. For phones and tablets I generally hate similar magnetic flip cases, but with the raised buttons on handheld game consoles, it’s exactly what I needed. AND, if needed for more protection or storing it for longer than a few minutes, it still easily fits inside my zipper case with this case on.

This flip style case is for the minimalist that isn’t playing more than one game at a time. It’s perfect for those that like to grab and go, literally.Of all the cases available on the market, this one really is the best. It is lightweight, compact, functional, and it allows charging when not in use. While this is also the most expensive (Nintendo Switch Lite) case of all, it does not offer any storage space of any kind. Again, minimalist. There is a less expensive flip case available that is very similar, but this one is more expensive for a reason – the whole protective shell is of high quality material and the outer lining utilizes magnets to ensure closure. (The other one relies on small suction cups that apparently mount to the screen of the Nintendo Switch Lite unit when the flap is down). The Nintendo Switch Lite fits snug in this flip style case, but it isn’t difficult to dismount the unit if absolutely necessary. The protective cover is lightweight and in no way obstructive during normal gameplay. If you like flip style cases, this is perfect.

This case fits the Switch Lite perfectly and it flips back so you can keep it on while you use it. If you like to travel with your Switch, get this case. It protects the analog sticks and screen so you throw your Switch in a bag or even your pocket to take with you.

This switch lite case rocks. Is a perfect fit for my switch lite and a good cover. I only wish it had space tucked in it for 1 or 2 extra games

This case is everything I have been wanting for my Switch. Something simple, thin, and feels premium. I have been holding off on getting a case for my Switch for a year now because every single case has to add gimmicks that I don’t care about like game cartridge storage, a zipper, and even having to take the switch out of the case entirely in order to play it or charge it. This case is minimalist, but functional. It lets you charge the Switch when not in use, then you can flip it open with the magnetic lid and get straight to playing. When you’re done simply flip the lid closed and throw it in your bag without worrying about the joy sticks getting screwed up. 1000/10 if you are a digital only player or a single game cartridge at a time person

I love this case for the Nintendo Switch Lite! It’s hard and very protective of your system. I’ve dropped mine many times and not once did it affect the system. I got this because I am pretty clumsy when it comes to things that break. And it’s a good thing I did because I feel that if I hadn’t had this case, it would have broken a long time ago. So if your looking for the best of the best then look no further in my opinion. One thing I will say though is I wish they had different colors of this case. I would have bought them all in every color. The gray gets kinda dull and boring and you gotta switch it up every now and again. So I go back and forth with it now. If I am taking it anywhere then I will have it in this case though I don’t trust myself with it in any other case so that right there says alot about it!
