Nintendo Splatoon Series – Octoling Amiibo 3-Pack
The protagonist of the Splatoon 2: Octo Expansion DLC is a young Octarian Octoling, known as Agent 8. Octolings seem to have a more serious nature than the carefree Inklings we’re accustomed to. They’re naturally good with their hands and adept at using tools and machinery, making them quite formidable in battle. Like Inklings, they have the ability to transform, but into octopuses rather than squids.

Wish Nintendo distributed their merchandise more internationally because this was not being sold in my country anymore. With this being the only option, I can’t complain. Besides, the product itself is inherently great.

I really like the gear you get with this set. The octolings and the octopus all speak broken english and it’s both hilarious and adorable, a nice touch to indicate that their first language is octoling as opposed to inkling.The little amiibos are super cute and really well made! The octo boy and octopus are a little top heavy, but I can’t complain since they look awesome.I like the in-game uses they have since I can just save my favorite outfits now instead of having to scroll through my whole wardrobe to find that one specific thing that goes with the rest of my outfit. Also good if you just wanna have quick access to fully slotted gear in between matches.The package itself arrived really quickly and was almost in perfect condition except for one tiny thing. There appeared to be a red sticky almost jelly like substance on the back of the pack. It wasn’t dry either because I got some of it on my hands, and it smelled a bit like fruit. Can’t really take stars off for just that though, it was a minor thing that didn’t affect the product at all.

These are fantastic! They are incredibly detailed and the paint job is pretty good. My octoling’s paint job is flawless, the boy and girl have minor flaws but aren’t noticeable unless you specifically look for them. The in game items (minus the creepy amusement park mask lmao) are fantastic as well.I am really loving these overall and am ecstatic to add them to my ever growing splatoon amiibo collection!

I have to say, these figures are beautifully crafted! They are built pretty durable, but still have this lively and colorful look to them. I love the detail put into these figures and how natural they pose. If you are a fan of splatoon or even like to collect figures, this is a set worth buying. That and it gives you nice perks when playing certain Nintendo games 🙂

I love these amiibo. The pink is vibrant and the paint is in place and detailed nicely (as opposed to some other amiibo that are kind of reminiscent of a photo zoomed in on a face in the background). Would definitely recommend!
