So there is a plethora of Link amiibo by this point. So is this one worth picking up? Yes. Yes it is. This is an excellent amiibo. It looks like they plucked Link from the Link’s Awakening remake and froze him in time. It has a nice shiny look to him.As far as usability goes, you can use him in Link’s Awakening to unlock Dark Link in the dungeon maker mode. I haven’t tried it out in BOTW yet. But it will do something in there as well. All Zelda amiibo unlock something special with BOTW.But anyways, as someone who owns a ton of amiibo. And is working on getting all Zelda themed ones I can wholeheartedly recommend this one. Very nice!

I purchased this Link’s Awakening Amiibo to add to my collection. This one features a shiny look not found in other Amiibo. It makes Link look plastic, an aesthetic that mimics the game very well. It looks great with vivid colors and functions perfectly as an Amiibo on Switch. I didn’t find any flaws with it. 5/5 stars.

Since this was from my favorite Zelda game I knew I had to have him immediately. He’s such a different sculpt from the other amiibo and with that added shine he really stands out on the shelf.

Product was delivered on time and exactly as advertised. It’s an amiibo, and it functions perfectly. I have no complaints. Do note if you’re using this for Super Smash Brothers Ultimate that it scans as Link, not as Toon Link or Young Link (either of which would make more sense). This is not a defect; it’s just a really odd decision on the part of Nintendo.
