Fuller Family –
I know there are more expensive headsets out there with more features but you cannot beat the comfort and for the money these are hands down the best headset for gaming on PS4 for wired headset in my opinion. The volume control is located on the left ear so no funky clunky piece in the middle of the cable to get in the way. The best feature is the fact that the ear pieces fit completely around your ears so no hurting your ears or tired ear syndrome from having them on. Only suggesting if getting them for gaming is get a 90 degree 6inch cable adapter (MAKE SURE ITS PS4 4 section so you get audio and mic (some are only 3 sections and won’t work) as the plug end is a straight plug. These DO come with a splitter type plug to plug into a PC with mic and earphone jacks and work well with PC but I primarily buy them to use on PS4 as they are inexpensive and easy on the budget to replace when they go bad eventually. Great buy for the money and they last under decent wear and tear.

This headset has an adjustable volume on the side, great sound quality and a pretty good microphone depending on if the controller your using is good or not. This headset comes at a great price and I haven’t experienced any issues besides the wire that the headset uses to attach to the controller. the wire doesn’t seem incredibly strong and often I worry that I will break it. This shouldn’t be a problem for most but definitely is one for children that throw there controller when they get absolutely boxed like a fish bent the F*** over by me in Fortnite battle royal. 🙂

This is a basic headset that fits comfortably, and sounds very good. It does not have volume control. (That’s why there is a volume control on your computer/ithingy/phone). It does not do electronic noise cancelling. (Bad electronic noise cancellation throws my inner ear off.)What it does have is a incredible frequency response. I started by testing it on some of my favorite test tracks and did an A-B comparison to a set of studio headphones I also have. I give the edge to the HyperX Cloud Stinger Gaming Headset over the close to $200 studio ones.The HyperX also win on long wearing comfort. The larger ear cups allow the HyperX to go around my ears, not against them. It is not only more comfortable, but in my belief also helps sound isolation and coupling.I had totally forgotten I had bought a refurbished HyperX headset until I came across the box it came in and read it on the box. They came through in that good a condition.

The audio quality for the price is outstanding. It has no “surround sound” gimmicks which is nice. The microphone quality is fantastic. It actually has bass. Much better than the logitech’s mics. I did have an issue where when plugging into the front panel it would echo into feedback but I think that was just an issue with the case I was using. I was so pleased with this thing that I bought 2 additional ones, one for each of my other PC’s. I will be using these from now on. The logitech h390 was aweful compared to these (h390 microphone sounds like nails on a chalkboard, and they weren’t as comfortable, with worse audio quality to boot) You may or may not need to adjust the microphone levels but once you get it right it’s perfection.

My oldest is REALLY hard on headsets.. He has been through many of them.Personally I can keep a Razer headset in good shape for years.. right now I have the barracuda x and they work awesome.. I get him a nice pair like that tho and they get destroyed in a matter of a couple months.. so I bought him these for a discounted price.He has dropped them many times.. I must have picked them up off the floor 20 times since he got them.. and they are still working perfect!Not saying I think these are going to last forever or anything.. that would be nice but we all know it won’t happen.. but if they can last until next Christmas that will be a major record for my son.. at that point I won’t mind getting him another pair.

We bought this for around 30 dollars after tax and you will not find a better pair of headphones for that price period end of story! For 30 dollars these will blow anything and everything else at this price point out of the water! It’s a clear hard hitting comfortable pair of headphones for again 30 bucks! The thing that surprised me the most was how great they would do in the whole telling where someone is around you feature. If someone was on your right in game it sounded like it and that never happens on headphones that cost 30 dollars!! OK done now lol. Go out and buy these if they are on sale for 30 bucks.

I have a wireless hyperx for my pic and I bought this on for my sons Xbox ! I love the swivel to mute and the east to reach volume control ! Great quality and much cheaper than some that are comparable!!
