I looked at the motherboard of my old remote before making this purchase. The writing manufacture info was spot-on with this unit. It works perfectly and buttons feel great! This one’s a winner!

After buying and trying 3 unbrannded replacement voice remotes, none of which worked, I bought this Samsung branded OEM remote which cost 3 times as much as the unbranded ones, but this one works without a glitch. Thanks.

Paired perfectly. Was the exact model I had. We started having issues with the old one after a few years with the remote working sometimes and not others. Had to re-pair it to the TV several times. Last time it just quit working altogether. I noticed in other reviews people having the same issue with their new remote, so seems to be a problem with this remote itself. Hopefully this one will also work for several years. I am just preparing myself for eventual issues and having to occasionally re-pair it to the TV. Will probably be time for a new TV when/if it happens again, but for now am happy as a clam with the new one as it seems to be working fine.

This seller delivered fast in well packaged box. My Samsung smart remote up and died with no warning so speed was appreciated. The product might be on the expensive side, but it paired immediately and with the smart TV so far, after 2 days, works perfectly.

This remote works just as well as the original remote, and it looks almost exactly like it too. For me, the only noticeable difference is that the original one had a sheen to its finish, and this one is more matte. It’s a negligible difference, though, and I might even prefer the matte look. It paired with my TV right out of the box without any setup. The remote did not come with included batteries, so don’t forget to pick up a couple of AA’s. It came with a single page of basic instructions that explains how to pair the remote manually if you are having trouble.I have only used it for a few hours, so I can’t say much about how well it does long-term. So far, I can say that it has all the same features as the original and that it works. At around $48, including tax, this was a little on the expensive side, but I am satisfied with my purchase.
