I’ve only tried this a few days. It charges my keyboard and kindle well, It’s a good size and the price is okay. I wanted to find USB-C as my chargers are mostly that and then it needed to go to mini-USB. It works well so far. It’s a high-quality braided cord. It’s much better than one I got at the mall which only lasted a few months. I can’t say how durable because I’ve only had it a short while. If it fails, I’ll let you know. I like that it has blue in the black, it helps me tell it apart from my black iPad cord and my gray lightning cord for the phone. It’s ridiculous there are so many different plugs these days. I wanted a stand-alone one for mini-usb as the dual lightning/mini-USB didn’t work very well to charge the Bluetooth keyboard and the kindle. This is working great! Recommended.

All parts of the cable look and feel like they will last a long time.Have used it only once to transfer images from camera, and it worked flawlessly.

Well, well, well, if it isn’t the “Cable Matters” Braided USB C to Micro USB Cable, also known as the Clark Kent of cables. It looks unassuming, but don’t let that fool you. This cable is here to save your day, your phone, and quite possibly your sanity.First off, let’s talk about the braid. The cable’s got a better braid than Rapunzel! Honestly, I feel like it could rescue me from a tower if it needed to. Not that I have a tower or that I’m a damsel in distress, but you get what I mean.I’ve got it at 3.3 ft, better know as 1 meter, which is precisely the right length to trip over if you’re not paying attention, but just long enough to comfortably scroll through your phone while it’s charging. But, due to its sturdy build, even if you do trip over it, it’s not going anywhere. Now, let’s not forget its most essential function: charging and data transferring. This cable does it faster than you can say “Wait, where’s my charger?” It’s the Usain Bolt of cables, sprinting through the data transfer like it’s going for a gold medal. Some cables only charge but don’t do data so I was happy that the data transfer works perfectly on this one.In a world full of generic, break-after-a-week cables, this one stands out like a flamingo at a penguin party. It’s braided, it’s sturdy, and it’s got both USB C and Micro USB ends. What more could a person ask for? How about a velcro cable wrap to keep it tidy when not in use, oh, wait, they included one of those too!

I’m not a cord expert but I found this cord is correctly named, the cable does matter. Our new car has Android Auto and my 4 year old phone won’t connect by blue tooth. I tried cord combinations from Walmart and even a new Motorola cord to no avail. Those cords wouldn’t even charge the phone! Careful cleaning of the micro port on the phone didn’t help either.I believe since the car has type C usb, I needed to go from type C to micro usb direct without converting to type A usb in between, thereby giving more data transfer. This cord fits snuggly in the micro port and with the gold plated ends, delivers the data necessary and charges the phone first time every time.

Appears to be well made. Worked for connecting my Sony camera to my MacBook. Using a USB-A to USB-C adapter with Sony’s original cable did not.

Nice cable. Fits good in Mac. Also micro usb side fits ended 3 neo. Works but like using sd card better. Cable is good quality and worth the money.

I bought these cords to use with Anker Qi wireless charging pads. The cords that came with the charging pads were too short, so I couldn’t really use the pads near my laptop or on the nightstand because the wall outlets were too far away. The length of these cords gives me more options for where I can use the chargers. The cords also have good flexibility, so they drape nicely and don’t “fight back” when being used near the edge of a table or desk. The integrated velcro strap is a helpful extra, both for storing the cords or when you need less length and don’t want the cord to tangle.
