As I was installing the system, I accidentally dropped a screw. The installation was outside,, ans the screw was for the pivot arm.I reached out to Zosi support and worked Louis to find a screw. When that didn’t work, he ordered a new camera that although the US post office took awhile to deliver, finally arrived yesterday and following the link provided, added the new camera to my system.His communication was spot on time once I realized the time offset.So far, the camera system is working perfectly and aside from a self induced problem, this installation was easy and quick.I highly recommend this system especially since support was so fast and accurate.If you’re looking for a good quality (metal) and affordable security camera system, I highly recommend Zosi.

After almost 2 years of use, replacing half the cameras in the past year, the system has finally gone stupid enough to not accept a replacement camera.The way the system is acting I don’t want to chance resetting it all (again) because at least *some* of the cameras are working. But I am not going to buy more cameras to replace the one(s) that don’t work AZ I don’t trust the system anymore.While it was new (less than about 15 months) it was a big improvement over the system we replaced. After that, the cameras started going out and the system started getting wonky. At just about 2 years old, it is time to go for a new system. It is a shame that it wasn’t built to last.

Customer service is very prompt and very helpful they seem knowledgeable about their devices and they explain things so it’s easy to understand even someone who is not tech savvy could do these cameras easily I have good things to say about these cameras all around the night vision is good the daytime video is good I have no problems going back and viewing my recordings and jar was very helpful in the customer service department with my questions

From the packaging to the night vision, this kit is awesome! Everything comes well organized and individually wrapped inside a nice cardboard box like the kind you get with higher end new laptops. I installed the cameras on all 4 corners of my park model home using the included drill guides and some nuts and bolts I got from the hardware store. The included screws and anchors would have worked fine but we get some strong winds here in the south west. I wanted to go overkill and make sure the cameras didn’t come down if something got snagged on them. Then I routed the cameras to one corner of the house and through a hole I drilled into the thin wall of my office. After sealing the hole to keep out the heat more than the rain, I connected the cameras to the included dvr. Then I remembered I forgot to install the 4TB hard drive I bought to go with it. DOH!After I reprimanded my forgetful self with a couple light taps to the forehead with the soft side of a screwdriver (This totally helps… Right?) I went ahead and put the hard drive in. Then I booted up the DVR and went through the setup.Upon initial inspection the dvr’s OS is feature rich albeit not very user (think lowest denominator) friendly. It took me about half an hour to flip through the menus to setup the cameras to record 24/7 and to tune the motion detection. I was satisfied thus far so I put my tools and ladder away and settled in for the night. Not long after I fell asleep I awoke to the sound of my neighbors dog barking and rather than looking out the window I ran to the DVR to check out the night vision.WOW! Consumer infrared technology has came a long way. I could see everything in all 4 frames as if it was just a greyscale version of the day. This is IMPRESSIVE and words don’t do it justice. So impressive in fact I ordered 4 of Zosi’s high quality metal cameras to go along with these. If you need a security system this is the one to get. I will be buying more of these to set up for my customers. Thanks for such a great product at a great price!

Ok guys lets be real, this isn’t the Ring or the Nest when it comes to security cameras so I don’t think it’s fair to expect anything fancy when it comes to the UI or the functionalities of this system. If you’re like me and need something just to monitor with basic functionalities such as recording and a way view the app on your mobile device then this fits the job. More importantly, I chose the PoE (power over ethernet) version because there is only 1 cable per camera that is needed when installing them. The process was fairly simple for an average tech savvy person. I had to get security cameras set up for a 10,000 sqft warehouse/office. The only visibility we needed was the front, the parking lot, and some parts of the warehouse. The only time consuming part was the installation, aside from that, once you connect everything, made sure it had an IP address, download the Zosi smart app, create an account with them, scan the QR code to add your NVR, the cameras magically showed up. I didn’t have to configure my router to open any additional ports.I installed them on thanksgiving weekend and had an issue 2 days later with one of the cameras (and yes I did plug all the cameras in and tested before installing them). After some troubleshooting, I saw that the ends of the cat 5 cable and the receiving end of the camera was burnt (will update with pics at a later date). I contacted Amazon support and they said they would refund the cost of the camera, but I needed a replacement 60ft cat 5 cable too so I then reached out to Zosi support. They were pretty responsive as soon I sent in my support ticket. They operate on UTC time from 8am – 6pm so just keep that in mind. I had to send them pictures of the camera, the cable, and the serial numbers. Then I had to ship them the defective camera to an address in California. I did have to pay out of pocket for shipping but it was only $10. Once they received it, they then sent me the replacement. The whole process took about 2 weeks and given the holidays, the turn around was pretty good. Shoutout to Doris over at support for helping me get that replacement.I’ll update my review with pics after installing my replacement camera-

Bought this system for my wife’s store security and had a few challenges with adding more cameras. Jar, the ZOSI tech support engineer, was extremely knowledgeable about the system and sent me detailed instructions on setting up.the new camera. After sending me the information, he then followed up to be sure I’d been successful. I highly recommend Zosi for the quality of their product and Jar for his assistance.

NVR system is great. Had a problem with the recorder, but Louis was very helpful in getting a replacement even after the warranty expired. Great company to do business with and would do it again.
