This little keychain alarm is super effective. The sound is a certain frequency that goes deep into the ear and rattles the brain a little. I believe even a deaf person can feel that frequency/vibration. VERY VERY Loud. You can hear this for several blocks and inside of a house, it will heard by everyone.I’m thoroughly impressed.

This is one LOUD alarm. So loud in fact that my nearly deaf dog heard it when I tested it. Great safety alarm, but you don’t want to press it accidentally!

I like to hike and get nervous about animals or humans that may be lurking in the woods. This is perfect! Attaches right to my belt loop and the button feature (vs the pin option) is great. The whistle feature is fantastic; if I see a bear, I don’t even need to sound the alarm, I just blow the whistle and bear runs away. The alarm is very loud, I made the mistake of trying it out indoors. Yikes! If you want to feel safe, I would highly recommend this. I am going to purchase a few more as backup because I do not want to be without one. May also buy some as gifts.

VERY LOUD! I got this for my Sister and it’s her second one from almost 4 years ago. It has a long lasting battery. She loves it along with the mace she also carries. It has a built in whistle that is ear piercing also. It is about as loud as a jet engine taking off. A must for all women and even men. Highly recommended.

My grandmother wanted a personal alarm device. Originally I purchased a very popular name brand and she wasn’t impressed. I went with this option as a backup and she was actually startled by how loud it was. 😆

My wife and I live in Chicago and have bought these personal alarms for a few years (back to when they were branded “Vigilant” instead of “Mace”).Even though they are a bit ugly, they work better (in terms of reliability and loudness) than the trendy-looking brands with the pull-out alarm mechanisms.TIP: To avoid the alarm button accidentally being pushed in your pocket or purse, tape the plastic strip that comes with the alarm and duck tape it over the button as a cover. I’ve attached a photo.

Fast deliver. Looks just like picture. Tried it works good. I purchased another brand you had to pull a pin. It kept falling off the pin alarm going off. This one you press a button to stop and start it. I would definitely buy it again.

Accidentally set it off trying to get into my apartment and was thoroughly impressed by how loud this thing was. I wish I had prepped myself on how to shut it off before attaching it to my keys but lesson learned!
