Works as described… super easy to set up. Color is crisp and clear and high Rez. Great at night too. Used mostly to keep an eye on the cat when we traveled and to say hi to various friends who came over when we were away.Used it daily. Did need recharging after about 5 weeks. No big deal. I’ll get a solar battery at some point.Have no regrets for spending more money. Paying for quality and a better privacy

I’ve just installed 6 of the 5S 2K cameras around our property and they work great. They pick up the Wifi at a great distance. The clarity is fantastic and all the different settings you can use on the camera is a plus.It’ll be interesting to how long the battery charge last with the cameras. I’ve opted not to use a base station yet but we’ll wait and see about going that route.Pairing the Cameras to my network was absolutely simple no problems whatsoever. Right now I have installed on one of the cameras the electrical cord that plugs into a wall receptacle to keep the battery charged. Time will tell if I purchase a few more of those AC adapter cables for other cameras.Highly recommend these Arlo 5S 2 K cameras.

The camera works well, muck like my 4 other Arlo Ultra 2 cameras, but without the need of a base station hub, and it connects to both 2.4 and 5Gz wifi.

I like the relative ease of specifying which devices are active (or not) based on whether your iPhone or other device(s) are in or near the cameras.

I reviewed several home security options and decided to give Arlo Smart Security a try. I’m having issues connecting the All-in-One Sensors through the app, but no problems with the cameras which are wonderful.
