I bought these Radio’s with the hopes they would be effective for Squad Communication, and they work perfectly for it.Me and my buddies play the sport of Airsoft. We attend Military Simulations, as well as host our own small games. Squad communication is essential for putting a plan into action, and these Radio’s made that easy.The custom earpiece is awesome, fitting onto the ear with ease and staying in place well. The radios themselves work great, outside and inside. Our first field test was in an old factory, and the comms came through loud and clear no matter how far apart, or what section of the factory we were in. The battery life was great as well, lasted the entire operation.We’re going to be checking to see soon if we can edit the frequency in the radio itself as they weren’t very compatible with other radios. This shouldn’t be hard though. However, this shouldn’t put you off buying them, they work great.All in all, these radios are worth the money. And here, its cheaper than most other radios on the market. Ease of access, good battery life, and great sound.

These are easy to use and clear!

I was worried about the quality when ordering. However was presently surprised. They were purchased for use at a haunted house for our parking staff. While they are out in the cold and rain parking cars, typically I would look towards more expensive brands or even something a little more robust, but these worked great and had an awesome distance range. I actually ended up ordering a smaller 6 pack as well for another haunted house location to use as their primary radios. These radios are small and they do feel extremely cheap, but they sound good and work great so who cares if they look or feel cheap!

We purchased a 10 pack to see if the cost for the amount of radios would really work for us. As other reviews indicated – yes!!! We immediately bought 2 additional 20 packs. Although the units are much smaller and in some cases, may seem that they’re not of good quality, they are! We’ve moved away from $250 per radio and went to these. We have a stock of extras in the event that one does break, we’ll put a new one in service. Our previous radios cost us $60 per hour to fix, plus materials above that. at $12 apiece, I throw the broken one away; although, we’ve not had any broken but the nature of our business, we brake them! The one thing to be aware of is that the volume knob easily gets turned down just by the rubbing against your shirt/body while having it on your belt. It’s not enough to change my rating but this has come up in a staff meeting to remind other staff of this issue. The knob is just too easy to turn.

We are a company who uses these radio’s to be able to communicate to employees in various areas of the property such as the warehouse, loading dock, and others who are located on top of or who are running various equipment. It is a very loud fast paced environment and safety is always a concern. These radio’s have really surprised us and surpassed our expectations. Previously, we have purchased more expensive better known brands and have been less then satisfied with their distance, clarity and replacement cost. The Retevis H-777 Radios we purchased were a great price and have phenomenal range and clarity. I also love that everyone has the option to use the ear piece to keep their hands free. We highly recommend these radio’s and will be back to purchase more as they “loose” them.
