The ink cartridge was faulty and did not work. But the seller did refund my money even though it was outside of amazons 30 day money back guarantee. So I give 4 stars for the customer service but not the product.

Orginal equiipment replacement from HP worked as designed. Less expensive aftermarket ink cartridge leaked all over the place when I tried it so order the HP, 4X the price but need my printer to work well. I had been getting my used HP cartridges refilled at Cotsco and they worked good but they stopped refilling cartridges.

Epson ink dries up if you don’t print every other day. HP ink is still ready to go after printing nothing for months. I rarely print, so my Epson sits on the shelf because when I do need to print, all of the ink needs to be changed, the printer needs to be recalibrated and it’s lost connection to the computer. I have never had that issue with HP ink and have been using the printer for 7 years now. (Epson was for photo quality printing, and it didn’t even pay for itself with prints it was able to produce with 3 rounds of Epson brand ink.) Highly recommend HP for their ink.

HP makes the best ink catridges for their printers. The ink is so superior to the “bargain cartridges” that I would never use them. The H P cartridges fit better into their printers and the ink is very high quality
