The ink cartridge works well in the printer it was purchased for. The Amazon price was a lot cheaper than purchasing the product from a local store.

Genuine HP ink is the only ink that consistently works well with our HP printer. Other brands of ink causes printing error codes and sometimes the printer just will not print. This is probably something HP has programmed into the printer to force you to purchase their ink.

All the HP original ink cartridges a high quality. When you make your purchase the seller counts on a good and timely delivery. Most of the time that happens. In this case it did not. They used UPS who couldn’t have hidden the small package any better had they tried. Underneath a planter. When Amazon showed delivered, there was no photo of where it was placed. You’d expect the front door. UPS caused a huge problem and a lot of unnecessary work for me and the seller trying to find out where it was placed. They had a picture but it was no easily found or shared as part of the normal notification process. OSP was not at fault..even though I thought they were. My bad. I’ve apologized and will use them again at the next opportunity.

Will not buy another HP printer given their desire to prevent use of aftermarket printer cartridges and require subscription for ink. The printer for which this ink was bought has been running for years with good quality (HP officejet pro 8710)

I’ve learned over time that the XL cartridges are the way to go. The regular cartridges are constantly running out and I am changing them at least twice as often as the XLs. I am only buying XL cartridges now.Don’t forget! You can recycle you used cartridges through HP. They will send you an envelope and you can return them at no cost. It’s easy.
