When you purchase a name brand printer cartridge, by Brother, one should expect the quality to be excellent and this product is just that. The price is a tad more than generics, but it is perfectly compatible with the printer, gives balanced black throughout the print job, and works smoothly without making a mess! It is predictably better to buy the name brand in ink cartridges. Good job Amazon for giving me best pricing, and kudos to the manufacturing. I’m glad to pay a bit more for consistency and quality of printing without damaging my machine….totally worth it! [This is a paid purchase.]

The price could be a little cheaper but this ink works just fine. Nice and dark and the cartridge doesn’t dry up too quickly.

I only buy Brother printer ink for my printer. I have bought in the past similar products that say works well in my printer, but it actually doesn’t. It to me hurts it. I don’t know how, but it does. My last printer didn’t last long because I used other products instead of Brother ink. So I’m sticking to only Brother printer in for my printer. It will make my printer last a long time. My printer is almost 10 years old. By using only Brother printer ink, it proves to me it will last a long time.

Brother LC103BK XL by Innobella appears genuine. The first cartridge worked for a couple months, hardly used. When I replaced with second cartridge fresh out of the package, nothing. Almost like it was used. I believe these are reconditioned even though it doesn’t say so. Very disappointed and won’t buy ink from Amazon again.Need to change my opinion. Ink cartridge was fine. I needed to replace the color cartridges in order to not damage the heads. I did that and everything is fine now.
