I purchased about 500 of these discs and all of them burned with no issues. In 2024 I’ve been looking at them again and they play with no read errors. These are a must-have for DVD-R disc

This is going to be the last time I buy blank DVD-R discs because typical file sizes have now outstrippedthe 4.38GB recordable limit of this physical format. *Certain files are prone to corruption and unreadablity using other ‘less permanent’ storage media. To meet future physical storage needs I’ll be going to using an external Blu-Ray Disc Recorder with it’s larger 25GB storage capacity and higher resolution. Also, note that DVD-R and DVD+R Discs are not compatible except with devices that can read & write to both. Bye. ‘El

I use these to archive family photos. When stored properly they last for decades, way past the point when external harddrives fail and USB flash drives suffer from bit rot.

Easy to use, easy on the wallet, and great for creating long playing music lists for equipment that isn’t USB-ready. They are also great for backing up photos, files, etc. I even use them to burn DVDs I’ve authored on an old Mac running iDVD.

To all people who care about optical media, these are the only true verbatim blank dvd r discs, the other brand like the life series are made by a cheap factory called cmc mag, and they are bottom of the barrel media. The azo dvd r is really the only choice if you still want high quality verbatim made media.
