Bought these to use with my Q990C rears in conjunction with some longer right angle power cables. The cables were easy enough to slide through the assembled post, but passing the cable through while doing the assembly would be even better. The internal wire has so far meant that interest from unsavory and disruptive characters (cats) has been non-existent.I didn’t try the carpet spikes, but the solid floor feet are adjustable to a degree and the overall assembly is as solid as could be expected.Could they be better and heavier? Yes, but not to stay in this price range.

These speaker stands are great for the Samsung Q990C satellite speakers. It even comes with the screws needed for the Samsung satellite speakers so no trip is needed to the hardware store. It was a nice addition because I was not expecting it and thought I would have to figure out what screws to buy. The stands were a little bigger then I would have imagined but I have 1 behind my couch which hides it. The other one is to the side of my couch. These are very sturdy and glad I got them when I did.

I recently bought a Samsung Q930C, and the L/R speakers were almost comically large compared to the system it replaced and could no longer have them on my sidetables. After combing through several potential stands, I came across this one on sale and decided to take a chance.Result: I’m really happy with these stands. They are sturdy and have nice cabling options to hide unsightly wires. It came with several mounting options, including a specific set of screws for Samsung soundbar systems. The speakers mounted just fine and the stands are steady with using the carpet screws that provide some nice grip. All in all, a simple, easy to assemble set of stands with enough options to cover most speaker brands. Definitely worthy of a look.

That title should get you here. I know, it’s hard finding a review that says yes or no that this will work for the Q990C satellites. This works great with 2 small things.1. Setting the speakers high enough to put them just above or at the height of the couch, means the power cord doesn’t reach much of anything. There are longer cords available on Amazon (CableCreation 2-Pack 10 Feet Angled 2-Slot Non-Polarized Angle Power Cord (IEC320 C7 to Nema 1-15P), 3M/Black ) and they threaded through the stand for a “no wires” look. It takes a little bit of work the ends are just a hair too big for the top portion of the stand, butI tied a string around the cord and pulled it through and it worked just fine.2. This kit comes with 2 sets of screws for the back of the speakers. The longer set is too thin and the shorter set isn’t quite long enough. They will go in maybe 1-2 turns. I am planning to take on of them to the store and buy a slightly longer version soon as I’m not interested in having them knocked or fall off the stand.I’ve seen other reviews that talk about some pieces that stick out, etc. I did not find that. I think they look great. I’ll try to upload some pictures soon.
