Update: Soundcore support reached out to me and suggested to stretch the earphones out – they sent photos showing how to do it. After stretching them as shown, the pain from wearing them was less. Still uncomfortable, but I wasn’t wincing anymore when I took them off. After another week or so of adjusting them and waiting a couple days between adjustments, I can finally wear them long-term without pain and sometimes I’ll forget they’re on. There was also an update that included more EQs.Original: I bought these to replace my current bone conduction headphones which I wore 12+ hours per day without issue. What I like- The ear pieces are snug, I don’t feel like they’re at risk of falling off.- The neckband is optional- The sound quality is way better, more clear and gets a lot louder than my bone conduction headphones- I can stay more aware of my surroundings- I can hear myself speak so I don’t talk too loud- The case closes securely and the buds sit firmly in the case. I haven’t had any issue with the buds not charging due to poor connection with the contacts like my other soundcore products- The physical buttons are more reliable and responsive than my other soundcore products that use touch features- Supports multiple connected devices well, I can switch between my laptop and phone seamlessly which is great for meetingsWhat I don’t like.- They aren’t soft, they’re kind of a hard rubber- They aren’t adjustable at all and so far it doesn’t seem like allowing any sort of adjustment period is working. I wear them as much as I can stand, but they’re still too tight- The curved portion with the springy wire inside has a relatively sharp angle along the inside. With the rubber being so hard it digs into my skin.- My ears get bruised from these in multiple spots. It seems I get bruised over the top of the ear if I wear the neckband. If I don’t wear the neckband, then I get bruised on the cartilage where the speaker makes contact around the ear canal.- No convenient way to store the neckband, can get lost since it can’t go in the case.- Spatial audio feature was neat, but made everything sound poor- Not any additional preconfigured EQs, just the default and the option to customize it.I’m probably going to end up returning these. I want to love them, but they’re just too uncomfortable.

I love these. I also have the Shokz OpenFit and I found the Soundcore to be more comfortable even though they’re a bit heavier. I often forget I’m even wearing them and will accidentally keep them on all day at work without even listening to anything. The sound quality is great. It has plenty of bass. To me they sound about as good as basic regular earbuds. Maybe not audiophile quality but I’m no audiophile. They sound good enough to me. The Shokz are close, but I think I prefer the Soundcore for audio quality. These leak sound a bit more than the Shokz but it’s not terrible. Other people would probably have to be pretty close to your head and in a quiet room to be able to tell what you’re listening to.It’s great that you can turn them on and off without having to put them in the case. The dual connection feature makes it really easy to switch between different devices. I keep my phone connected and then in the app I can choose which other device I want to use, to switch between my laptop and my TV or whatever.I haven’t used the head strap much but it does make them feel more secure. I haven’t had any issues with them falling so I don’t use the strap. I probably will when the weather gets warmer and I start riding my bike again. They do get knocked out if I’m wearing them when I change my shirt, they sometimes get knocked out when I pull the shirt over my head. The case is a bit larger than the Shokz but it’s easier to open and close with the nice big button and it’s easier to fit the headphones into the case.Battery life seems excellent. They last all day, although I’m not listening to music the entire time. There’s a bit of latency but it’s minimal – it’s low enough that it doesn’t bother me when watching TV, and latency does tend to bother me a lot when it’s too high.

Disclaimer that each person is different so this is my personal review in my situation.I’ve tried probably over 30+ different earbuds, headphones, etc. I think these are the best for my needs:1) Comfortable wearing all day – I can safely say I’ve been religiously wearing these throughout the waking day and even in bed. It’s not that I don’t notice them over my ears but they don’t hurt my ears like regular in the earbuds or make my ears sweat like over the ear headphones. It comes with an attachment for behind the ear security but I haven’t used them as I have no need.2) Battery Life – these seem to last all day, for music and videocalls without even having to put back into case to charge. I am truly amazed how long they last for me. I have gone for 3 days using the case to charge the headphones.3) Multipoint – This is actually a very IMPORTANT feature. I stay connected to both my smartphone and laptop all day. I’ve tried various listening devices that support multipoint such as Jabra and Aftershockz but they seem to get confused which device is emitting sound. This does have the issue but at a much lower rate. The best thing is the Soundcore app allows you disconnect the other device when this happens. The other brands, I have to physically disconnect from the other device.4) Great sound – these sound just great for music, movies, or videocalls especially the fact they are open-ear headphones. I personally appreciate the spatial audio feature which makes you feel like you are surrounded by the sound/music.5) Good/great for videoconferencing calls – Both parties can hear each other without an issue. I had issues w/ other headphones when using the MacOS via Google Meet where it auto-mutes me but I haven’t run into issues with these Soundcore.6) Relatively stable on the ears – these could be more stable but overall stable once in place. I sometimes wear these in bed and they stay in place enough but does requires some adjustment7) Controls – These have two buttons, one in each side, that are placed where you don’t accidentally touch/press them like other headphones. Overall they are most intuitive buttons and placement. You can customize each button to volume and playback. These buttons rock.I can’t recommend these enough to those that have needs that mirror what I’ve listed. Give them a try.

First off I have to say that your experience with these headphones or any earbuds for that matter will vary greatly on the shape and size of your ears. Although my ears don’t stick out like Dumbo, insert laugh here, I do consider them to be fairly large. For me these work great and didn’t have any problems with them falling off even after bending down while installing some quarter round after a floor install. I had forgotten I had them on and after I bent over I was like, oh wow, they didn’t fall off (and that is without using the included cord attachment). They do make my ears hurt, in a different way, after wearing them way longer than any of the in the ear buds I have. The nice thing is if you want to continue to listen to music if these start to bother your ears you can switch over to an in the ear type since those can and typically do bother your ears differently (outside of the ear versus inside the ear). I really like this type of headphones giving you the option to hear your surroundings at the mid volume range but still hear the music. If you turn them all the way up and you are listening to something such as dance music they will block out most if not all of noise around you. The range on these is crazy good as I saw in a video review where the guy left his phone on the back porch and walked out to the road and was still listening to music. I was able to leave my phone charging on one side of the house and go to the other side with multiple walls in between and I was still listening to music without interruption. Battery life is also great. As far as calls go I did a test call with someone and they said I sounded really good.

Brilliant design and great sound. Finally, free ears, nothing is stuck in, nothing is hanging and dangling – perfect feeling that you have two tiny but mighty speakers on your shoulders playing for you. Surprisingly not a lot of sound pollution for the people nearby. Battery life – this is where Anker typically shines, they last forever and then some more. Excellent case that is surprisingly compact and not bulky, great mid-size pebble. With this comes the only totally expected downside being the sound disappearing in the noisy environment, so keep that in mind. Other than that – love them.

I only got it yesterday so I can’t really say how it will hold up but the initial review is that it’s amazing. It’s my first open style headphones.I got it to play yoga music when my toddlers are screaming so I don’t loose my mind. For me those binary beats type, likes the ones you can get for free in Expand app, really helps me keep my cool. These headphones are perfect. I wanted to try a wood quality headphones so I don’t loose the frequencies in the music that’s hard to hear.Anyways thank god for these headphones, they help me out tremendously. And boy do they sound good! I have in between pro headphones and they sound almost just as good. But they are very different. Like, it’s like listening to music in a car. I had them on my ears when I got in my car, and the iPhone automatically switched to my car stereo and I could not tell the difference. It was kind of strange and wild.I will say though that I don’t think the volume is loud enough if you are riding the subway or a bus maybe.I also really appreciate the 18 months warranty from anker. They have an app and you can tweak the sound a bit and switch between spatial mode etc. They are not the best looking phones but for me it doesn’t bother me due to the benefit.

Wearing these a litte odd at first. I’ve never had an outside the ear unit before. I kept trying to push then in further. Once I realized that I could hear the audio just fine, I left them alone and they delivered really good sound. Good volume, good clarity, extremely comfortable, I often forget I’m wearing then. Even though they feel like they aren’t on tight, they stay put. I haven’t used the neck strap yet. Overall, very pleased.

I have owned these, Shokz, and the Bose open ear earbuds and these are by far the most comfortable of the 3 for me. Not only that, they sound nice for an open ear design, they have physical buttons for play/pause, and the battery life is excellent. I’m very happy I stuck with these as my daily driver.

I had low expectations for an open ear headset, especially with the bass. Standard earbuds are uncomfortable for me however and tend to fall out. I was really surprised how great these sound, even on the low end. They are very comfortable and best impossible to get to fall off, even shaking your head. They are still fairly new for me, but so far I highly recommend them.

All other earbuds fall out of my ears within minutes. These earbuds stay in place, I don’t have to try to jam them in, they are comfortable to me, the sound quality is good, I can hear callers, callers can hear me, safety strap which I haven’t needed is easy to put on and take off, effortless charging. FINALLY an earbud that works for me!!
