I share my Garmin Edge across 2 different bikes – well, now three bikes thanks to this mounting kit. When I setup my new bike I ordered these so I could mount the head unit on my 3rd bike. They work great and installation is easy. I’ve logged thousands of miles with there mounting platforms and the Garmin never budges – very sturdy.

I bought this so I could mount my Karoo on my road and mountain bike. This kit came with 2 mounts which was awesome. It works perfect since the Karoo uses the same mount as Garmin products. The mount is nice and snug but not too tight. The Karoo positively locks into place and stays put. It’s a bit heavier than other garmin devices. So far the rubber bands have lasted the entire summer. Not sure how many season total I should expect, but they still look good.

I was looking at ways to mount my Varia to my bike rack. Lots of e-bikes don’t have seat posts good for mounting because of racks etc. so the included mount not good.But this one is perfect. I have a 1/2” diameter horizontal tube I put it on at the rack back.Rubber bands are not stiff so first o tied down with two zip ties. Then the bands as a backup.Nice and tight so you can twist on and off without issue.Plus you get two so that’s a bonus if maybe you’ve got a second bike.

Pleasantly surprised that 2 mounts came in the package. Genuine Garmin product. Holds my Edge cyclocomputer securely. I have used this type of mount for years. Needed an extra one for another bike (tired of transferring the mount back and forth). Highly recommend if you like this style of mount.

The handlebars on my bike are slightly tapered so the bolt-on bracket that shipped with my bike computer doesn’t hold it stable and, after a few road bumps, it slips and turns to where I cannot see the display.This mount uses 2 silicon bands to secure the mount. Either one holds the mount tightly enough that it doesn’t slip. Because there are 2 of them, it is very unlikely that the failure of 1 will lead to the failure of the other.
