I searched Reddit for a while and this cable kept getting recommended. The cable is of very good quality. A bit too stiff for my preference but the connection is snug and the materials feel well. The picture quality did improve, the gradients got better and most of the artifacts went away. Verified that it was a UHS cable and it was. Great cable overall.

The product appears to be an exceptional product. I have not received a cable packaged as carefully as this cable was. The cable ends were capped and wrapped to ensure the cable is in perfect condition when received.

I always use Monoprice for my cables as they are high quality, durable and great prices. This cable does not disappoint. My HDMI from my PlayStation 5 was lack luster and cutting out on my monitor so it was time for a new one. I wanted some extra length to ensure no strain on my setup so I elected for the 10 footer. Definitely a bit overkill for the capabilities of my PlayStation but I figured if I ever used it somewhere else it would still be good. The performance of the cable is great. Durability feels very solid with the braided line. Connections are high quality and comes with covers on them to protect from damage/debris while not in use. plus for only $20. I expect this will last a long time. Definitely will be getting more for my other screens around the house.

So, the other day I had my HDMI signal drop out and I started trying to figure out why. Well, my harbor freight HDMI cable wasn’t quite up to the task. I originally thought maybe the cable or interface was worn out at the connection point because believe it or not, wheni moved the older cable, it would drop out. Very off. Tried a different cable – same thing. Hmph! Oh well, it must be that my connection point is bad. But when I jiggled the cable at the connection point, nothing dropped out. Weird, right? I decided to just order a new one from Amazon and it came overnight. The second I plugged this in, it became obvious my cable wasn’t up to the task as this one never drops out and it might just be me but…the picture seems better somehow, as well. Anyway, at 26 dollars for a 15 foot cable of this quality I am impressed! The shielding, build quality, etc are TOP tier. Definitely a solid BUY in my book. I would buy iy again in a heartbeat and will probably swap out my other cables with this brand. Life’s too short for dealing with bad cables.

Key advice I pass on to most customers & follow myself:-Use HDMI 2.1 cables. They are the most capable cables for high end content paired with newer televisions & receivers.-Only choose Ultra Certified HDMI cables. These cables have been tested and assured to work up to the HDMI 2.1 specifications.-Use the shortest HDMI cable possible. This will reduce your chance of dropout with high bitrate content.-Don’t use the cable that came with the TV. I have yet to see a decent cable packaged with a television or receiver.Which aftermarket cable to choose?Low-Midrange cable:For simple streamer (Apple TV, Roki, etc) to television setups I prefer the Monoprice. For the price you can’t do much better. The cable does have issues with 4k 10-bit at 60hz (commonly used for Xbox one X & PlayStation 5 gaming). It also struggles with HDR10, which is being more commonly used in movies streamed through Netflix & Hulu.I have had no success with Monoprice & HDR10+ or Dolby Digital. I think that content pushes to high of a bandwidth for it. Lately EARC has also been a struggle, new systems are starting to use these advanced features on a regular basis.High-End cable:Fusion8k is the industry leader at this moment.Installs of the newest Televisions, projectors & receivers will be pushing HDR10+ & Dolby digital or Atmos.I have been using the Fusion cables for these installs because saving a few bucks on an HDMI cable is usually not worth my time when having to come back and troubleshoot issues on previous installs.

Yes this is in fact compatible with 120hz set ups! Anyone who says otherwise apparently doesn’t have their equipment set up properly. For example if you’re playing Call of Duty Modern Warfare 3 on ps5 you have to go in the game app settings and switch the display settings to “120hz” or it won’t display it like that otherwise. Also not all ps5 games take advantage of 120hz. Just google the list. I have the 15ft cable and have no issues at all. Highly recommend!!

I have no issues getting 4k 120 Hz. The cable construction is probably the best of all of the cables I have.
