JJ1 –
Installed into a 2009 RAV4 and they fit great. I did have to remove several hangoffs from the adapter in order for the ring to fit properly – and once that was done – it was an easy install. I recommend this over trying to re-use any existing adapters.

I used these recently to upgrade the speakers in my wife’s car. They were a perfect fit and made installation a cinch. I had considered modifying the factory speaker mounts to fit the new ones but turns out there is a market on eBay for the old “new” factory speakers and they will more than pay for these plus the aftermarket speakers I bought!

Works like they should. The included hardware is a bit questionable though, specifically the nuts. I had a few of them that wouldn’t thread onto the bolts properly. It’s okay though as I had enough to install both speaker brackets.

Purchased to aid in the replacement of the door speakers in my Rav4. After removing the old factory ones these were easily added. I wasn’t too thrilled with the mounting hardware though and used what had. The mount is easily adapted to many different types of speakers and applications.
