Impressive setup. Sounds good and looks good. Been using JBL speakers for a long time and it is a top choice for durability and longevity. Highly recommend.Replaced the door speakers in my 2019 Mercedes Sprinter and it is night and day even with stock head unit. Beware the door panel with this speaker installed is much heavier. Use the foam tape to avoid vibrations. The install kit is very useful and easy to figure out. Instructions are not very helpful. Use a 9V battery to test factory speaker to determine polarity. Pushes out with correct polarity when attached to a 9V.

If you see bad reviews here on the speaker drivers it’s either because the buyer purchased the wrong drivers for their application and they are either overdriven or under driven.The sound quality of this component set is remarkable especially at this price point. And it just keeps getting better as they break in.

Crazy bass I knew I’d be giving them a perfect ib alignment and they’d have good bass but I didn’t expect what these do with a little 100×2 Bluetooth amp on a m18 drill batteryThese absolutely smash I can’t get over it they absolutely rock my sauna out lol wayyyy too loud and very clean… Very impressive for $65 great purchase

Really good sounding speakers for the price. Even when running on the stock head unit they have good bass and clarity. So much better than stock speakers.On a second note, they were a PITA to install in my 2016 Corolla. Crossovers are on the big side and there was no room in the door to mount them without interfering with something. Ended up wrapping them with foam tape and sandwiching them in the bottom of the door behind the woofer. Works but not ideal. Also none of the tweeter mounting adapters would work in stock configuration. Had to drill the tweeter grills out on the sail panel. Turned out great but a lot of work. If I had to do it over I would have bought the coaxial version of these.
Flametop Guitars –
At $71, this is the best bargain I’ve seen for name-brand component speakers. The low end is strong and fat, but not flabby. The midrange is accurate. Hard-hitting highs, can be a bit edgy if driven hard but overall are very good.

Recently upgraded the head unit in my partners Sentra and decided to add these to get a little more clarity and volume. I’m very happy with the purchase, are they as good as the 3 way Morel components in my truck? No. Are they a huge improvement for $50-60? Absolutely.
