Super simple to install. Magnet is very strong and works perfectly with MagSafe cases. I have zero concerns that it will fall off.I did have an issue where the wireless charging would turn on and off. It turned out that the usb port in my Highlander was not providing enough power to the Lisen. (Others have had the same complaint.) After I used the 12V as the source, the Lisen worked perfectly. I do wish it had faster charging. I’m sure that’ll come in a future model.Btw, when I had the problems, I reached out to Lisen Customer Support. I found them to be highly responsive and eager to help fix the problem, even if that meant a refund.

The base mount is great! But … it has a short reach. My car has recessed vents and the mount doesn’t reach all the way to close securely. The good news is that the head is fully compatible with other brands like ESR, so you can always “Frankenstein” your own setup. the charging pad is the best i’ve seen! Super strong hold, powerful induction that punches through thick cases, and to top that off it is made out of smooth rubber that not only prevents scratches but also keeps the phone straight without the additional stabilizing magnets below the ring. Then there is of course the convenience of detaching the cable from the pad if you want wired sound for some reason. Looks great too! Highly recommend!

I love the quality of this phone holder. At first I couldn’t figure out how to install it but the directions said just watch the video. Within the first minute I saw what I needed to do and it was easy peasy. I love the quality and would definitely buy more car accessories from this company.

Great charger with a strong magnet so you don’t have to worry about it falling off while driving. Super easy to install in your car. Keep in mind though apple car does not work through this device.

This is a very nice phone holder and charger. I had to return it only because it was hitting my shift lever. It held my phone securely on the vent, and the magnet on the holder had more than enough strength.
