Case Compatibility: For phones, cases less than 5mm thick are ideal. Wireless charging compatible cases like Otterbox and Magsafe also work well, but note that Pop Sockets may affect charging. For earbuds, wireless charging-compatible cases are recommended. ‎ ‎ ‎Not Working? : Ensure the cable is fully pluged into the charging station power port and make the connection is secure. And reconnecting to reboot usually resolves the issue. If problems persist, our Intoval Support Team is just a message away. ‎ ‎ ‎To turn off the light: The charger comes with a switch next to the back interface to control the charging indicator light, so no bright light annoyance to worry about. ‎ ‎ ‎Airpods Compatibility: The default case (model number A1602) that came with Airpods 1gen and 2gen does not support wireless charging. You need to purchase a wireless charging case (model number A1938) to enable wireless charging.
