Oppo unveiled its Oppo Reno7 series in China back in the last year, however, the devices are still absent in the International markets. Now, a fresh new report, suggests that the Oppo Reno 7 is coming soon, but not how we’ve been expecting. The device is set to come as Oppo Find X5 Lite.
We all know that Oppo is preparing its new flagship series in the form of the Oppo Find X5 series. The company will skip the “4” number due to the well-known Chinese superstition surrounding this particular number. The lineup is composed of the Oppo Find X5, X5 Pro, and X5 Lite. We may even get an Oppo Find X5 Pro+ variant, another variation like the Oppo Find 5 SE and etc. However, we still need more evidence. The trio of flagships is expected to include at least one variant with Dimensity 9000 SoC. The highest one will bear the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1. The Oppo Find X5 Lite is more a mid-range smartphone than an actual flagship, so seeing the Oppo Reno7 specs here make perfect sense.
Oppo Find X5 Lite possible specifications
Coming as a rebranded Oppo Reno7, the Oppo Find X5 Lite may also have a slightly different design than the other variants. In terms of specifications, the Oppo Reno7 5G is touted with a 6.43-inch AMOLED display with a Full HD+ resolution of 2,400 x 1,080 pixels, 90 Hz refresh rate, and HDR 10+. There is also a higher version with a whopping 12 GB of RAM and 256 GB of Internal Storage.
In terms of cameras, the handset boasts a triple-camera setup. There is a 64 MP Primary camera, an 8 MP ultrawide snapper, a 2 MP macro camera setup, and a 32 MP selfie snapper. The handset draws its powers from a 4,500 mAh battery that can charge at up to 60 W. In terms of pricing, the Oppo Reno7 5G prices start at CNY 2,699.
As per the rumors, we’re still a couple of weeks away from the Oppo Find X5 series release. The company is expected to unveil the new flagships in China sometime in March 2022. We’ll be following it closely to see if more evidence will pop out in the coming days.
