No Bake Butterscotch Cookies Ingredients Needed:
Sugar
Butter
Evaporated Milk
Instant Butterscotch Pudding
Quick Cooking Oats
Pecan
Heath toffee Bits
The toffee bits are made by Hershey and found in the baking isle. We have a few recipes that include these delicious toffee bits and we really enjoy cooking with them. They have a great flavor and are delicious! You could easily use other nuts in this recipe too, but the pecans and toffee go really well together. If you can’t do nuts simply leave them out. Why didn’t my cookies set up? The main reason why no bake cookies don’t set up is because the mixture wasn’t brought to a roiling boil. Make sure you bring the mixture to a BOIL. If you don’t do this, the cookies can also be gooey. So definitely make sure you do this step.
How long do these cookies stay fresh? No bake cookies stored in an air tight container can stay fresh up to 2 weeks! You can refrigerate if you desire.
How long does it take them to harden? They should harden in 20-30 minutes at room temperature. You can put them in the fridge if you desire.

No Bake Butterscotch Cookies
These No Bake Butterscotch Cookies are so easy to make and absolutely delicious!
Servings: 8 servings
- 2 cups of white granulated sugar
- 3/4 cup of butter
- 2/3 cup of evaporated milk
- 1 3.4 ounce box of instant butterscotch pudding
- 3.5 cups of quick cooking oats uncooked
- 1/2 cup of pecans chopped
- 1 cup of toffee chips

Add sugar, butter and evaporated milk to a saucepan over medium heat, continue to stir until it reaches a roiling boil.

Remove from heat and stir in oats and dry pudding.

Let sit for a few minutes to cool.

Next add in chopped pecans and toffee bits and stir.

Line a cookie sheet with wax paper and drop spoon size amounts onto the sheet.

Let cool and enjoy.
