‘Fertilizer … Salesperson?’ is a World Quest in Genshin Impact, which you’ll find in Bourou Village on Watatsumi Island, Inazuma. It’s pretty straightforward, consisting mostly of dialogue exchanges with an occasional prompt to go to a certain place or speak to a certain person. How to unlock Fertilizer Salesperson
To unlock Fertilizer Salesperson, you must be at least Adventure Rank 30 or above. You will also need to have completed Sangonomiya Kokomi’s Story Quest Act 1. If you don’t, this quest won’t be available to you!
Fertilizer Salesperson Walkthrough
First, you’ll want to head to Bourou Village on Watatsumi Island and talk to Iwata, who you’ll find tending a garden. After speaking to him, you’ll be prompted to wait until the next day – but there’s a faster way to progress time than simply waiting. Go to the Paimon menu and adjust the time to the next day, and that will unlock the next part of the quest. You’ll be prompted to return to the garden, where you’ll have to defeat some Cryo and Electro Slimes which have surrounded Iwata. Talk to Iwata after the Slimes have been defeated, and you’ll be prompted to go to a marked location.
Upon reaching the marked location, you’ll find two guards and a woman named Alrani. After approaching them, you’ll trigger a short dialogue cutscene. You’ll then be prompted to visit another marked location. Head over to this location, and you’ll find Kaushik, who is nearby a tree. After speaking to him, head back to the guards. Finally, head back to Iwata in the garden and speak to him one last time to wrap up the quest.
And that’s it, you’ve completed the Fertilizer Salesperson quest! As your reward, you’ll receive Adventurer EXP x100, Mora x20000 and Hero’s Wit x5. You’ll also receive some Inazuma Reputation. It’s not much, but it’s honest work.
