Coconut Pecan Banana Bread
Easy banana bread with a great flavor!
Servings: 6 servings
- 2 cups of all purpose flour
- 1/2 cup of white sugar
- 1/2 cup of brown sugar
- 1 stick of butter – melted
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon of baking soda
- 1 cup of sweetened shredded coconut
- 1/2 cup of chopped pecans
- 3 bananas mashed
- 1 teaspoon of coconut extract can use vanilla

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix butter, sugar, eggs, and bananas with mixer.

Add remaining ingredients except shredded coconut and nuts, mix well.

Fold in coconut and nuts. Pour into sprayed loaf pan. You can sprinkle extra nuts and

coconut on top.

Cook in preheated 350 degree oven for 50-55 minutes.

Let cool for 10 minutes before removing from pan.

Makes one large loaf of bread.
