This is one of fitbit’s best products and the only thing you need to know is the band where it attaches to the watch body is plastic and will break within a year or two. You have to decide if the cost is worth it knowing the watch will break and be unreparable within 2 years.

I like this fitbit because it also tracks elevations or “floors” climbed along with steps. Great for mountain hikers!

Had (2) Fitbit Charge 5s before. They were difficult, then impossible to charge and dropped important features like Floors Climbed. There are still Charge 4s for sale ut there if you loook.

I love Fitbits- have had two now and like the functionality of the app. I didn’t use mine for texting but was happy with the heart rate monitoring and step counting. However, after about 8 months, the plastic pegs that hold the bands on snapped off. This is the second time it has happened. First time, I bought the Fitbit at Costco and they gave me a full refund. I decided to take a leap of faith and order the same one here on Amazon (Costco was out of this version) and I liked how slender it was. Figured it was a fluke the first time, but it happened again. I contacted Fitbit customer service through the Fitbit app, and they replaced the part with a new watch face in a matter of a couple of days. I’m so happy with the quality and speed of the service and the watch face seems improved to the last one. Happy to still use my Fitbit!

My Versa 2 case broke out were pins that attach the band to base, not repairable, went back to the Charge 2 to 4 units, the Charge 4 has all the Bells needed, great product.

I replaced my F-4 that broke at the band after 3 years of constant wear…I couldn’t fix it and wanted to keep my data and also keep the altimeter which I understand that the newer Fitbits abandoned. It also allowed me to keep my other bands.

I was so disappointed when my previous Fitbit lost some pieces! I love the Charge 4 so I immediately got online to Amazon and ordered another. I knew it would be here in 2 days. Now I’m all set to go back to doing what I love about having this watch!

My husband loves his charge 4. He does construction so his first one broke beyond repair after a while but he got his new one quickly and set up was a piece of cake!
