I have youtube TV and other apps that cast and it just makes it so much easier! Great product, easy to use.It came in a Spanish box but as most electronics you can just change it to English in setup with no issue

I have a Samsung smart TV but it casts from Samsung Galaxy phones and I have one it’s old and not my primary phone. I needed a Chromecast which both my android and TV support. Yes the instructions are in another language on the box, but all you need to do is download the Google home app from the play store and it walks you through everything and changes the language on the Chromecast automatically. After a 5 minute update I was casting off my phone. You do need wifi and your phone and Chromecast connected to the same wifi network however everything went off without a hitch and I’m all goodThis review asked me to rate the voice recognition which I don’t know because I didn’t try it and probably never will

Exactly what I wanted it for. Perfectly fine old tv in an rv. Just doesn’t pair with my phone. This device bridged the gap. No need to replace the tv.

I have several, never had an issue with either. Chromecast or screen mirroring. Easy setup. Direct hookup with HDMI. Can be used with non HDMI input tv’s with a HDMI to AV converter if the tv has Video RCA jacks.

After our beloved Google Chromecast stopped working after many years, I was on the hunt for another one. I was skeptical because the reviews seemed to be mixed on this product. The box and instructions inside are in another language but it was very easy to setup regardless. Like another reviewer mentioned, you simply plug it in, download the Google Home app if you haven’t already done so and “add the device”. It was very easy to setup and streaming our favorite movies and shows from our phone is a breeze! My only issue would be that it was advertised as including a microfiber cloth and travel carrying pouch which it did not. Other than that, I am very satisfied with the product!

Our original Chromecast dongle finally punked out after 10 years of reliable service. This new one seems to work just as well, and despite what some owners have said, IT DOES WORK OFF THE TV’s USB PORT just like the old one. This is important to me because it can cool off when the TV is off. I have another model that requires an AC outlet, meaning it’s on all the time and gets really hot, so it sits in a drawer unused.
